This expensive phone blocks off too many common features. Used iPhone for over a year now, every app is more expensive if there is one in the app store. I still cant believe they cant make it connect to a simple device in 2024. Moving out of iPhone next year. Total rip off except for the quality of the hardware. Whats with apple investing in ai and all that if they cant even perform the most basic action?

Is the second generation of Apple TV no longer compatible with devices running on the latest iOS versions? I tried everything suggested here’s and still can’t see my Apple TV for screen mirroring. I can strangely connect my phone as a remote though! Just not able to screen mirror which is what I really want. Any other tips I may have missed trying?
I've done all of these and still cant connect to screen mirroring... it just sits with the buffer/loading wheel in the top right corner no matter how long I let it just sit there for.

Tried all this but still not working. Funny thing it works outside my home but not in my home. I am confused. I just get a circle like it's trying to connect and find devices but it doesn't. WiFi is connected.
Hello. Did you ever find out your problem? Mine will not work on my tv either. It’s a 2014 Samsung smart tv. My mom has a newer Samsung, and it works most of the time on her tv. I’m assuming my tv is too old? I wish it would work on it

AirPlay is absolutely shit doesn’t work. Samsung tv airplay turned on tried everything just says after 5 mins of a circle going round can’t connect terrible system from apple.

Do you have to have WiFi to be able to mirror or cast video to your TV? If I had WiFi I wouldn’t need to mirror it.

This didn’t work but all of sudden my phone stopped casting to the tvs to the printers nothing is locating 😅
