How To make a doormat with a Cricut DIY Doormat. With Freezer Paper+ Flex Seal

- This is a product of Pinterest and Tik Tok. How often do we see something diy we want to make, and it looks so easy then you try it to find out how hard it really is. I’m going to try my hand at a DIY doormat. Using my Cricut, freezer paper , and Flex seal spray. I hope you enjoy.
Great job would be your first time I do these I just wanted to give you a couple of pointers when you put your freezer paper on your mat put the shiny side down because it'll come off much easier and you do not have to mirror this it'll come out just fine OK and make sure your whole mat is covered so that the paint won't get on any of it but hold your can or away from the paper hold it straight above the paper don't put it on an angle because when you put it on an angle some of the paint may get up underneath of your mat is OK but she's doing great I love it OK

Awesome! Thank you for the video! I just did mine tonight using regular paper from my printer. I think I used size 500 American Courier font. LoL But it worked great! I taped down the outside of my stencil papers and used a small screw (as a paper weight) to hold down the insides of my ‘a’s and carefully sprayed it on nice and thick. One coat was perfect. Bless!
I finally cut my stencil today so we shall see tomorrow if i can make it look as good as yours. Lynn

I love this video because the same things happen to me 😂 I'm ready to try again with more patience I didn't have a press at the time so I used card stock
I made my first one as well on yesterday, and messed up an E. SMH Practice makes perfect. I am going to make another one.
What dementions did you have you words. If you do this again, people are using permanent vinyl for the stencil, ironing that to the mat and then spraying it. Let it dry then spray with clear uv sealant. Im making my first on this week. Only thing is, cricut keeps telling me that my design is too big. Ugh.....

Do you upload an mat on cricuit design space? My problem is when I go to make it. It comes out vertical instead of horizontal. I’m stuck on that part.
How do we know the size we want? Is there a standard size for the image area? Hope this makes sense
