Have you measured how much this actually expands the shaft? I have .015" of wear on mine now, will your mod clean that up?
Its not supposed to move at all you dont want that bearing to slide on u want a press on fit.
Where do I purchase this?
why not just put teflon tape on the shaft ?
Is this also important on a 2006 APEX?
Nope, Yamaha built. Apexes have simple set screws to lock it on.
