I just don't see Big improvements in korean Real estate market next few years. At least Until US Fed funds rate and inflation comes below 3% sometime in 2025. If I have to invest in korean property market then I would avoid provincial cities and bet only in Seoul. Especially around Yongsan Central Park, Hannam dong, Huam dong, Wonhyoro and Yongsan International business district
