A ‘42 J45 was my first love. Had the “only a Gibson is good enough” up top. For a fat necked box it was unbelievably easy to pick. And deep tone that refused to stop. It grew legs, walked away and I never recovered. Truly considered killing the thief but after careful thought, decided against what I seemed determined to carry out. You’ll never know how close you came as you know who you are. You stole the most important and the best thing in my life. Over 40yrs gone and still dream about it.
Holy fudge! Nothing compares to old wood... how fancy schmancy you get, this tone only comes from aged and old growth wood. Love it... I hope Niels doesn't regret this...
Holy hell that sounds amazing. The woof in the f chord is perfect. Nice playing! Hoping my newish j45 will one day sound this good.
That is the all time acoustic guitar sound.
Well played, that man ! A fantastic guitar.
Well that guitar isn't just it sounds stunting it has so many stories in it. I hope that some of them are passed on to the new owner. It a great part of the charm of owning such a beauty.
Sounds phenomenal
Nice playing ❤
Very awesome guitar, what kind of strings and gauge are you using?
Thanks
For a J45, it's a J45 for sure !
Where did this guitar go ? I want to buy it !
please someone help me understand how all the wear marks get on the guitar top where the end of the neck is attached to the body, I mean I never see anyone even strumming in this area ? it just can't be honest play wear ?
I learn guitar from this guy
Yes, it sings mighty fine - but what's up with the sound hole !?
Sounds great! Great playing as always Sasha, make those scalloped braces sing! All the best to Niels ;)
Oh My Sweet Caroline, sounds great.
Not sure what song that is but Google thinks it is Appaloosa bones with about a 9% probability. Is that right?
Hey amazing tone! what tuning are you using?
Wondering the exact same thing. Not standard or a half step down. Somewhere in between?
@@tinkercitymusic it sounds higher than standard tuning to me
Great Gibson ,great demo 👍🇬🇧👍
Any guitar that is set up properly will "" play like butter "" and "" ring like a bell "" that should be a given
Unfortunately no.
It has to be well built upfront, and in a way that resists aging well ...
💯
Price?
As cheap as you would expect it to be.
I would never want a guitar to play or feel like butter
LOL.
sounds like an acoustic guitar lol
Its the typical vintage guitar circlejerk🤣
@@RobinB5150 😂exactly
Sounds like CZcams trolls moving in the very same circle
@@maxguitarstore not a troll, just doesn't sound much better than any other solid top new acoustic.
@@gearhead4005 100%. Get a Martin, Lakewood or other top acoustic and it will sound even better.
You buy vintage guitars mostly for its history.
Gitar impian😑
sama
I can see why he wants to sell it . It’s a dog
What!? Are your ears broken!?!? Lol
@@richardlucascronley5128 only after about 10 buds . Have owned a least 7 j45 ‘s and got rid of all of them . Just can’t find the right one . The Eastman E10SS/V is going hard to beat in sloped shoulder acoustic guitars .
@@jefferyclark351 don't care too much for foreign made guitars. They lack the historical authenticity, and the extra cost of American made goods is worth it to put food on Americans tables. 🇺🇲
@@richardlucascronley5128 I don’t mix politics with music . If you drive a automobile 93% of the parts were made in another country . So stop talking and start walking
