I totally recommend it! Been playing it for a week and I've been at it like crazy trying to find out the truth of the prota zegreus. It's in the xbox gamepass for free if you have a xbox if not just play it on console it rocks
That's exactly what happened with me. I listened once, and then I found myself having sank 100 hours into the game.
Korb is great. Bastion's soundtrack was heavily praised, while Transistor was even more heavily themed on music.
The soundtrack is what made me buy the game. :)

"God of The Dead" and "The Unseen Ones" are the first 2 songs as they are completely metal. The others have been cut to include only their respective metal parts.

Hades, just like DOOM 2016 and eternal, is yet another classic case of "came for the sountrack, stayed for the game" for me

I still get goosebumps listening to The Unseen Ones. Beat phase 3 first try, on a 49 win streak, then listened to it in the lobby and realized I had hardly heard it during the fight because I was so focused (but it did blow my mind hearing it in the fight too). Actually made me tear up, listening to it, and then knowing that my journey with the game had come to its end. It was the last challenge I had to do to get the platinum. I've never felt more accomplished playing a video game and probably never will.
I got him on the first try as well using Gilgamesh the aspect of Malphon, which aspect did you use, in which weapon? Got to admit, Trippy Shot and Poseidon’s Aid were massive in that run as well! (Well..in general)

I'd argue this is too fast paced for a D&D campaign. Players don't have time to think their moves well. Only track I'd use for a boss fight in D&D is "The Painful Way".
@@dudebro765 True, everything in moderation. I feel the need to clarify that I wouldn't play this in every encounter, but having access to this edit is very useful, when previously if I wanted some Hades in the playlist it would always be the slow-build album versions.

this playlist is fucking dope, I love the Hades OST but literally had to search for "hades OST without any vocals" because, while those songs are beautiful in their own right, they throw me out of my flow state when I'm working and enjoying the metal instrumentals. I remember never hearing the "unseen one" before but then I finally tried the upgraded hades fight and it absolutely blew me away, the song change, the different moveset, how the arena changed. Easily the most well tied in song to a fight in the game, and thats saying something because the whole soundtrack is a banger
