I never liked Adani but, I just realised the chronology of IMEC related Ports. Adani is making or buying ports which are directly related to IMEC Corridor. From Kerala Trans shipping port to Abu Dhabi Port to Haifa Ports.... I bought Rs.47Lakhs of Shares. Bought some Rs.10L at around Rs.770, Rs20L at Rs.850 & Rs.17L yesterday at Rs.1030. I'm an active investor and very highly profitable with over 70-80% growth rate. My favourite is Caplinpoint Lab with over Rs.1 Cr value bought it at Rs.600-700.

Deloitte did right by stepping away from Adani port. As they will be held responsible if this company goes down. Cost of debt is increasing in international market so it is just a matter of time. So it will be difficult for them to sustain this business model.

Information in the video is wrong. Profits in last 10 years are grown more than 5X where as borrowings are grown by 4.2X times. Many of the ports you mentioned in losses are yet to be commissioned. Port business is investment heavy. which is one time only.. after that it's very high margin in almost around 60% .

Deloitte big 4 etc partners are not actual partners they are employees and don't be so eager to jump to conclusions just analyze how Deloitte was directly involved in ilfs scam. Then no one read ilfs bs signed by Deloitte. An example of frauds committed by Deloitte. Also if u have so many issues why the auditor of adani enterprises was questioned by hinderberg isn't the firm legally eligible to do audits.

As far as the strategic investments they are making. I don't feel there is any bad in it heavy asset business requires time to become profitable as the volumes will come these businesses which they have bought will become profitable.

Bro you did not mention reserve's and it's monopoly in the business and in coming decades the export and import of India is going to sky rocket then what ?, Please don't be biased on the basis of some report. You can also see the debt of TCS it's also very high and it's reserves are also same and observe CWIP.
One thing more most of their investments are in their sister concern but also many of them are public company (unlisted) so their share price could be not true. So inflated investment
