In my opinion, venturing into a good investment is not just a strategy for generating passive income but a profitable saving method for future expenses. Those who fail to make the right decisions early in life end up regretting it. Nevertheless, investing can be difficult and risky doing it solely, For this reason, I advise seeking help from professionals(financial advisors). Bold statements that almost make the prospect flinch and object but this is where Jordan can really strengthen his position by showing what he knows

My thing about this old-school type of sales is that it feels like a rehearsed checkbox, not like there is an actual human conversation and exchange of ideas happening.
Like staring in my soul and using rehearsed phrases that they read would make people more agreeable does nothing but make me feel like a wallet to a person that read too many books by sales gurus.
If you have a human conversation with me, answer my questions about the product without acting like the more expensive thing is always the better option, and not be pushy with follow-up, I am 1000% much more likely to work with you. Acting like you know me or what is better for me is doing nothing but making me roll my eyes.

When I taught sales techniques at Sprint I taught my class to ask open and closed questions but every question is asked for a specific reason. Active listening. Using "FAB" (Feature + Advantage + Benefit) of anything you sell and also (active listening) "because you said....." "Because you said....I (whatever it is you're selling and then....) FAB.

I actually went to one of his seminars nearly 10 years ago in Amsterdam. My boss made me go. It actually was a very good experience and I still use methods from that event to this day. Almost one month after the event I was so inspired I quit my job and started my own business.
One tip was (this was meant for telephone sales); to always end your pitch or awsner with a question. Like; 'sounds fair enough?' It works amazingly!

      Bedankt! :)

Mr. Belfort is not selling the client anything, he is serving him. By asking questions, you make your client feel important and valuable to you, because you are trying to find out what the client's real problem is, you are not trying to pitch them anything. That's the art! Don't focus on selling, focus on serving your client. Understand your client and everything else will come by itself then.
