Hornady digital scale for reloading, or any other small measurement jobs. This unit has been very accurate for me and really easy to use. +/- .1 on a few occasions, but not often.
I've read ALOT of negative reviews on this scale(drifting zero etc). I can honestly say I've never had a problem with mine. I keep all electronics away from it during use, as well as turn off ceiling fans and breathe lightly, I sit it on a piece of glass to ensure a flat surface, and calibrate before every use. Its not the best scale I've ever used BUT it is a decent scale if you use it correctly.
I just purchased this scale today. It really works well after calibration. I recommend to do this first. I ve double checked my first loads with another scale, just to be on the safe side. I am happy, that it's so easy to use and accurate (in my opinion). Thanks for the video, that helped me this morning do decide for this scale :D
I have one and it is right on. I use it to double check my loads with another scale. Only one thing don't have a cell phone/electronic equipment near it. Causes the digital scale reading unstable. Stay away from fans or breeze.
Great tip! Never thought to use an empty case set to "0". Just starting out reloading 38 specials,
Thanks!

Yes, I calibrate it pretty often. Doesn’t seem to get off by much, if any at all. Very easy to use.

How do you know a couple of flakes aren't caught inside after emptying? I always worry about that.

There is no guarantee. Do the best you can, to be as accurate as you can.
