little math fact, while in minecarft the y axis is used for 'vertical', in many other system it's actually the z that responds to that. That's how it works in blender and in quakes/source engines. And if you google some math formulas and models, z is the height.

I’ve been silently watching CZcams for years and I’ve never left a comment on a video before, but I just wanted to let you guys know that the bit in this video where you all talked about how everyone deals with confrontation & healing differently really just changed something inside me. I’ve been trying to heal from something for 3 years and I always regretted never confronting the person that did it to me, and it wasn’t until now that I realized it’s because I didn’t feel safe enough to. I absolutely love how the entire cast balances their wisdom with goofiness and it gives me hope that I can return to my silly nature one day. Great episode as always :)
You shouldn't feel like you *have* to confront them, either, even now. Lots of people will tell you it's a necessary step to get closure, but for some people it isn't. Coming to terms with your own feelings about it and accepting that the actions of others who have hurt you were out of your control, but you can continue on living your life despite the hurt you've been dealt... that's really what matters, that's what "confronting it" is about. You're not a coward, or doing it wrong, or whatever, for handling your own healing in your own way.
What pisses me off is the TWO different women who were like “I don’t want to confront him without any proof” WITHOUT PROOF?!?! The first lady SAW HER HUSBAND GET A KISS ON THE CHEEK FROM HER 20 YEAR OLD NEIGHBOR WHILE HE WAS LEAVING HER HOUSE! ARE YOUR EYES NOT PROOF ENOUGH?!?! They probably mean proof so that they have a stronger case in divorce proceedings.
Seeking tangible proof, as others suggest, is definitely a possibility, especially if you're talking divorce. The financial difference between divorce on grounds of infidelity and divorce on grounds of irreconcilable differences can be considerable.
That said, even without that, i get the desire to want more evidence and then more again. Your partner is doing everything they can think of to wallpaper over it and convince you it's nothing--lying at best, gaslighting at worst. Plus you've got a lot of investment in this person, and maybe it's just emotionally easier to blame yourself and believe that it's nothing if it means you don't have to face the betrayal of the person you trusted most.
Concerning your first reference, and precluding any other red flags: I (41M American) have seen men and women in close relationships kissing cheeks as part of their goodbyes for as long as I have lived. My concern isn't about the kiss on the cheek, it's about who it is with. I'd be thinking, "when did you two become so close?"

My husband is romanian and when i was pregnant we were going through romanian names as i wanted our sons middle name to be traditional. I like a specific name that turned out to be a nickname for his brothers name, this name is also super common among the family. I asked if it was ok and he said yes since his brother is a very important part of his life, for much of their childhood it was just them and his brothers always taken care of him. He didnt tell me until a year later that a childs middle name is traditionally THEIR FATHERS NAME, so essentially our sons name implies hes actually my brother in laws baby. I was mortified but my husband just laughs and says he loves the name and his brother is honored by the gesture

Story 5 - I'm non-monogamous and have been in this very situation. If the husband felt she was 'too into him', and this third woman was leading the situation in a way not everyone was comfortable (husband would have known the wife was uncomfortable), then it should have stopped immediately. The husbands behaviour is suspicious. It's good to hear he agreed not to meet her again, but he hasnt been entirely honest, and wife is still hurting. More communication is needed, 100%.
I have been in a situation similar and my hunch is that he has seen her many times alone, secretly already.

The husband didn't cheat, nor he was not acting suspicious. As soon as it was brought up that it made her uncomfortable he agreed to not meet the new girl again. Saying "husband would have known the wife was uncomfortable" is bullshit, people aren't mind readers and not everyone can read body language well. If she was really that bothered there was literally nothing stopping her from ending it. More communication is definitely needed, the wife needs to communicate when she is uncomfortable with something instead of waiting until after and then going to reddit with the issue.
@@Ravensblood95I totally get what you’re saying, but in situations like this you and your partner need to be able to read each other and check in throughout the hook up nonverbally (or verbally if wanted) to see if everyone is happy and comfortable. It sounds like in this specific situation that the wife was really left out and the husband even says he noticed and tried to get the wife more involved but it was failed attempts. it should have been paused after both parties noticed the wife was not receiving the appropriate amount of attention in this situation. Overall, there just really needs to be more communication before, during and after

I'm single, been for years and have never really had anything to hide. I put my phone down face down because I would keep checking every notification if the screen was up. It's so natural to me and to me it's insane that people think it's cheater behavior

For the coffee shop guy, in his defense he might not communicate that he wants alone time because he can’t. I’ve been in a relationship with someone who would get upset if I didn’t want to spend all my free time with her. She didn’t understand that I needed some time for just me. And when I tried communicating that to her, it caused a huge fight.
Why should he be required to even communicate that...if he can understand that his wife wants to spend "her" Sunday morning sleeping in, why can't she understand he wants to spend "his" Sunday morning sitting in a coffee shop wasting time on his phone. The only one lacking in the communication depart is the woman who tracks her husband's phone, is bad at basic math when determining timeframes and will pretend to be asleep to find out when her husband leaves the house. She even sent her sister out on surveillance...this is someone who needs to learn how to communicate.
I mean, the thing is, she didn’t mind him going out for a run or going to the coffee shop on his own. The things she found weird was him staying there, and then lying about it. Everyone tracks phones nowadays, that’s why things like Life360 exist. Granted, her sister, spying on him was pretty creepy and too far, but his behavior was kind of weird. This couple needs a lot more communication on both sides.

But if I stayed at the coffee shop on my laptop (it was before smart phones) then it was a problem and I would absolutely have to lie to her or she’d pick a fight with me. I want to go into the threesome story from the viewpoint of a poly person. Both parts of the actual couple need to take this as a learning moment. He needed to be more aware of the point where OP is crushed and he is still continuing. Yes, he probably got caught up, but he already noticed something was off and attempted to redirect which he then should have kept an eye on the situation. HOWEVER, OP also needed to say something. Her partner isn't a mind reader and definitely didn't understand the depth of hurt she was feeling. As someone who has engaged in this type of relationship, you neeeeeed to be open and honest when things happen for the best and happiest results.

Sure people can choose not to use a bank and that’s their prerogative, but I think OP stated something like “he doesn’t have money like that”, so it sounds like he really doesn’t have savings of any kind. That’s bad if you’re considering a long term relationship bc if you want to eventually buy a house or have kids, you REALLY should both have savings so the financial burden isn’t on any one person. So, both a cheater and potentially not financially stable, no great loss.

I'm a single mom to 3, I spend roughly 90 percent of my time with my children. I know them well. And I still draw a total blank whenever someone asks me how old they are, or when I have to verify middle names or birthdays at appointments. It doesn't mean I don't love them or pay attention to them, it just means I forgot for a second, and that's a thing that can happen to anybody. Not everything is that deep.
My brother was born on my 9th birthday, and EVEN THEN I still have to do the math every year for how old he's going to be 😅

My mum often forgets the year I was born and I’m her only child. I’ve always found that funny, rather than offensive. My maternal grandparents are grandpa and grandma, as I never called them nor knew them otherwise (they passed away when I was young, though). Hell, I sometimes need a second when someone asks me my own name.
Thats an obvious problem people have, the literal thing they talked about where you blank when asked a question. But that guy called those things "super niche" when they ARENT which proves he doesn't care much to know them. Not only that but if that was the case, he'd just tell her that..? He didn't blank, he just didn't know lmao. If he blanked he would've said that when someone literally asked him if he did in the comments.
I ended up with a insurance problem because when we went to a insta-care place I totally misspelled my daughter's middle name! Insurance then claimed that person didn't exist. oops! 😅 there wew two ways we were gonna spell it and i guess wrong every single time 😅

For the Slovak story, I'm eastern European and it's a tradition to 1 . Name the son after the father and 2. To name a child after a person you like and hope them to be like them ( me and my sister were named after girls my mom really liked)

For the threesome story I think there are two main parts that are making her so uncomfortable with it all. 1) she said he’s never made love to her like he did with the other girl. She’s feeling left out of that connection with him. To me, that would make me spiral into wondering if my partner loves me like how he loved having that moment with the other girl. Maybe they could have someone on one time where she gets to see that he wants to have the type of sex with her too. 2) when she brought up the situation to him, he said “yeah she was definitely way too into me”. He doesn’t acknowledge that he played a role in it and went too far. He puts the blame all on the other girl which makes OP feel bad about questioning his role in it. I think the guy needs to own up and show OP that he wants to have intimate sex with her like that too.

(edit is in parenthesis and second paragraph) My ex and I did this. We had made sure to set up rules and boundaries. Why I expected her to follow these seems wild to me now since I found out she had BPD. (It explained soooo much behavior of hers). I got about 5 minutes of attention from either combined. I eventually just left the room, feeling disgusting and sad. I later talked to her about it and how uncomfortable it made me, that I didn't want to do it anymore. The next week she had met up with him on her own, breaking another rule, and also went back on her promise to not see him again. She claimed she was the biggest lesbian too. Wild.
It was about 30 minutes while I was in there and she just went wild. I'd never seen that from her. They went for another hour and a half while I just sat in the living room trying not to listen and just watch TV to calm down

But since they gradually appeared in more videos for various reasons (short-staffing, last-minute changes, their obvious on-camera charisma), and have appeared regularly for a while now, they essentially became part of the cast, for all intents and purposes. Essentially, but not officially I suppose. This seeming contradiction, along with their unusual path to semi-cast status, has become an in-joke within the cast, though they don't mention it as much as they used to.
Isn't he in charge of Games? Being a cast member would be a significant downgrade in his position at the company.

Yes, I also wanted to write that we don't have so many names as option to give our kids. We can give only names from our calendar or very basic foreign names, it is mandated by law.
This was a childhood friend as well - one whose life didn’t afford her opportunities of schooling/life in a Western country (whether real of perceived). I could see her naming her baby after the “boy from the hood who got out and is now a fancy Westerner.” I’m from a Slavic country so this line of thinking makes sense (even though it’s a weird romanticization IMO). Also explains why the cousin (who grew up with largely the same set of opportunities as this woman) specifically wanted to reconnect them. Can some former kid immigrants back up my logic here?
I also think it’s not that weird, in a specific context… if this guy has moved to a different country from a small village, and was successful, he’s probably the guy they all aspire to and talk about the one “who made it”, in that context, imo, I’d see someone naming their kid after him normal.
