Thanks Fred, glad you enjoyed these MFK episodes...had a blast filming them. At the time it was a bit stressful as the poor lady who was meant to have filmed with me became very ill the day of the shoot and we had to improvise at the last minute with Baha....I was coaching him through the process behind the scenes, the poor man was so nervous! But in the end, and in looking at the final productions, it all turned out well and now it's a good story to tell :)

Another great segment Marcelo. I fell in love with Oud Satin Mood the first sniff and have had it for a while now. Literally just got samples of Oud and Oud Silk Mood last week and have only sprayed each of them once on paper and was impressed. After a test on skin I assume I’ll be adding them also.👍👍😎

Before this video even progress 1:20 in and I can say without a doubt the Oud Satin Oud Extract De Parfum is by far the best Oud I've got my nose on and would venture it is easily top 5 if not top 3 best Oud fragrance out there.

Extrait is nicer due to the almond but overall I prefer grand soir for a night out scent
Yep Grand Soir is awesome; ambery, vanilla with a little bit of spicy....beautiful; BUT, I do love the scent trail that BR540 leaves (it's heavenly🥰)

I've had a mental block on 540 because it is SO popular (and you know I like being different!) - the extrait does sound intriguing though. I may have to track down the elusive 35ml
I know the feeling Max, sometimes I avoid fragrances that are super popular because I too am different… but then there’s BR540😎 it’s like breathing…you just need it (trust me you won’t regret it)
Do you prefer: Oud Satin Mood Eau De Parfum or Oud Satin Mood Extrait? Or do you prefer baccarat rouge 540 extrait de parfum? I know this is known. I didn't know this oud, but I trust your good taste! He's a more elegant person that I follow 🤪🤪. I like having two perfumes as my signature: I already have Athalia and Valaya that you recommended, and now I have ONE more of these from Casamaison Francis Kurkdjian. What perfumes would you have as your signature in the world, if you could choose one scent to be yours?

Baccarat Rouge I have not even smelled yet. It is so popular that I purposely stayed away. I will eventually get it.

I also discovered that Blend Oud Sana is very close to Xerjoff Lira. From this house I have Oud Sapphire, Eclipse (more potent), Sana and looking to add Oud Zanzibar & Gold Oud

I bought the baccarat rouge 530 extrait and hinest ti God i smell nothing! And i mean nothing at all wth ! I paid $900 for the 200 ml bottle authentic but the smells disappears 😮 i can smell it later on but zero on my skin
It’s part of its character that you go easily nose blind so if you have a few sprays on, you will definitely have a big scent bubble and people will easily be able to smell you
540 is overrated satin oud is better
Yes, there's a lot of talk on BR540 and yes I do love Oud Satin.....but, I do love wearing BR540. I think I would reach for both of these equally; they're both my favourite

Not sure about that.
I personally get zero 'powdery' notes from this fragrance. It's mainly, vanilla, rose, oud
However you should test on skin and see how it performs for you

Baccarat Rouge 540 eau/extrait de parfum is too cotton candy sweet for it to be a masculine scent imo. It bewilders me as to why a guy would want to smell like that. But hey, scent is subjective
Yes you're right in saying that it's very sugary sweet but to my nose it works on me so well🥰 But like you mentioned, "scent is subjective" which is what makes it fun also.....it's a different experience for everyone
