What a coincidence, I just order all of the parts a couple weeks ago to make a hex with my own frame design. I plan to use the Pheonix code, provides the best walking gaits I have found. Then I plan to attach a servo operated airsoft gun with an FPV setup.
The little spider sounds like it's tap dancing. Those seem so expensive for what they are.
Those servos are not cheap. When you need 12+ servos and hardware and controller chip, I am surprised about how much they do not cost.
Peter has such a gentle nature about his builds!
