People will judge you through their own programs. So it' s about them, not about you. You can see in other people only what you have inside you. If somebody is triggering you, it's actaually an amazing oportunity for you to see what program/trauma is showing up through this situation. It is never about orher people. It is alway about ourselves. ❤❤❤
