Yes flounders are around all day long, but we go 2hrs ahead of peak lowtide because thats the only way you'll be able to see them. On hightide the water is too deep to see them but you can still catch them on rod/reel free line a live finger mullet

What weather conditions do you prefer?
I prefer anything with 5mph wind and below. With no rain in the area for 24hrs. Start gigging 1hr before peak lowtide.
