- Technically no repeat but repetition on those muscles!! Mostly compound movements to recruit as many muscles as possible with lots of variations throughout!
The dumbbells I am using for your reference are 15 lbs! Yes! The TUCK N’ GO to finish! Once of my favorite abs movements for our burn out! The TUCK N’ GO is a slight twist to the popular TUCK N’ GO with the sit ups and knee tucks! Ensure your heels are flat on the floor and looking straighten ahead before lifting your legs off the ground.
All these exercises can be done with body-weight only, but for best results try a pair of 8-12lbs dumbbells. And yes, each exercise in this video are very effective in toning your ab muscles and burning the fat around them.
This workout routine contains all of them for your convenience, and you can do them all in one go. If you do do it, make sure you complete this routine EVERYDAY for 3-4 weeks if you want to really have good results!
