Great video. Where did you buy the speaker cover? Seems to me that is DIY?

Thanks for the review. Been looking for ways to avoid having to bring my light stands on gigs and this seems like a pretty good solution. Looking at the product on amazon (1 pic) doesn't do it justice, so this was perfect....

Check the top of your speakers...you might have 2 mounting screw holes for O clamps...

Thx for a great review. Planning on using a 16 inch mirror ball and motor on this instead of a speaker. The white mirror ball is just too expensive, and the built in motor sways me from buying it. Also, for small shows I can put my gigbar 2 on top.

Are you able to mount a Chauvet Gigbar on this T bar?

This thing is shown as having a 44lb weight limit. In your experience, would you think that is for the total load on the base of the stand or 44 lbs of lighting equipment? I ask because I am running 2 mackie thump 12s on a dual speaker mount and am concerned about adding this to the mix.

I have this unit and I wouldn't put 44 lbs on it. I would feel safe with maybe 25lbs. The bar just tends to bow with more then that I find.
