- Let's explore another end game area - The Castle of Knives! This is a dangerous place with some nasty enemies but also home to a quite unique quest. It is important we explore this place now, as later we'll have a quest to come back here but I believe the NPCs for the quest will be gone.
We meet the Suramgamin :D

Thank you everyone for watching! - Hry
Oh cool, Salim is a character in 2 of my favorite Pathfinder novels!
Ah I had a feeling there was more to him than whar the game showed :D I've never read any of those novels, are they good?
@@CoredumpedGaming Some of them are, the 2 about Salim, Death's Heretic and The Redemption Engine, were the 2 I liked best (though I haven't read anywhere near all of the Pathfinder books)
An unpleasant area, the Castle of Knives. And the worst is still to come, with those ghosts and those things that cast Prismatic Spray. I like the Suramgamin quests, though. Notably different from most others. They are, btw, one of the reasons why I build my Glenebon settlement close to the western border. Otherwise, that timed quest is going to be somewhat difficult if I recall things correctly.
Yep, a lot of nasties in this area, and the prismatic spray casting monsters are among my most hated ones in the game. I would even just call them straight up bullpoop as being randomly one shot without chance to protect against it other than praying to the dice gods is not a mechanic I appreciate too much. The timed quest will not be a problem I'm sure, but yes, closer settlement means easier time. On my first playthrough I just went on foot the whole way with the entire party exhausted and cursing the game for doing this to me (I was not aware of teleportation circles then xD).
You sound well rested and seem to have time to record gameplay videos, how do you manage with the baby?
Sound does not necessarily mean that I am eheh But for the most part it hasn't been too bad thankfully. My wife takes tiny Coredumpini with her during recording time so I can do this without a lot of interruptions. On some days though it is indeed not possible due to not having slept well + full day of work + baby care I just cannot muster the will to do a video in a way I would consider proper for you guys (or even just play games in general). So when she's sleeping I'll just sit back for a bit with my elderly kindle and read a bit before going to sleep.
@@CoredumpedGaming Never mind, I have twins and maybe that's why my life is over now....
Ahah I feel for you my friend xD How old are they? All I can tell you is that it gets easier as they grow and start becoming a bit more independent and screaming less lol
Though I will say, those initial two months... If it were 2 of them, I'm not sure I would still be here XD
@@CoredumpedGaming almost 7 months now, 2 boys. Indeed it gets a little bit easier but very slowly and something else comes up all the time. Twins are not just harder difficulty, it's different mode...
Ahah, well said. My wife was hoping for twins. I was like "Nay woman! Speak not such heresy! One at a time please!" :p
Can't really imagine having to deal with 2 babies at once. I wish you the best of luck on that achievement run my friend, I know you'll need it :D
