- Hey EVERYONE ! OK Im actually back now .... and I did it ! I bought a bigger boat for the ocean . Not initially what I was looking for but this 2003 kingfisher 1925 will be perfect for what I want to do . Let the ocean adventures begin !

All of your videos have been interesting to watch even though I first came for winter truck camping information. Your positive attitude is so inspiring. So glad to see you adding more content. What Taylor back !!! glad to see you're doing great my friend, that looks like the perfect boat to go anywhere . I had a 2003 23 foot Yamaha jet boat for 10 years, which was a lot of fun, but with a fiberglass boat, I always had to be careful to not scratch the bottom. You're still my favorite CZcamsR and person, glad you're still living your dream do what makes you happy. Well done Taylor!! 100% you can reupholster those seats! I redid my motorcycle seat a few years back. Just take off the old cover and unstitch and trace out the new pieces and sew together. Buy UV thread as well. Good luck!

Back in the 80's I had a 15' boat with an 85 hp Johnson with fold down seats and my fishing buddy and I spent many a night sleeping under the stars in that boat. Looks like a great fishing boat and the only thing I see you might want to get is an electric trolling motor for the front. Campers, boats and motorcycles are three of my favorite things.
When I lived up in Minnesota my boats were Crestliners loved them all welded Aluminum bullit proof almost. Very little maintenance very much the same as the one you have. My 1st Crestliner was a 16 ft with a 70 Up Johnson in 1980 I actually pulled it with a 1980 VW Westfalia Camper a little underpowered to say the least. I had three other Crestliners each bigger. No boat now at age 70.

You wouldn’t have had to buy a NEW truck though, a decent truck to haul a bigger boat would have set you back maybe $5,000-$7,000 US.

Long time Sub here Tayor!! So So Very Happy to See you again and your looking good our friend!! Christian and I have been home this year . Since we got back from Mexico in 2020 We decided to stay home for a year. So not too many travel videos this year...lol..We still have tumbleweed rv life for we are going to hit the road in 2023 or possiable 2022 nov. But have to say ...We are thrilled you are doing what you love to do and you look happy!!...Cant wait for more videos from you...and see we stick around cause you have an awesome personalilty and a kind deminer not for the camper videos...excited to see you fishing from that boat too and catcing a big one!...Best of luck in the fixing of your chairs...are you going to do the piping on them as well? That is not easy. I have had chairs that had that and i optied for just a striait flat seat to avoid the extra steps...looking forward to seeing the sewing video...See you , take care! 🤗🤗🥰😁

It's not impossible to do the upholstery; but depending on what you use (vinyl, I suppose) just remember to use clips instead of pins, which would leave permanent holes. Practice on some scraps first. You can make the pattern from the existing cover, or you can make slipcovers - then you don't have to take the old ones off, just cover 'em up. And just like with any form of construction, measure twice; cut once. If you have to, measure ten times.
