Is the kitfox considered a ultralight in Canada? I want one so bad!

Sorry for the very late reply! I built this Kitfox in the Amateur built category which allows you to exceed the the max weight in the Advanced Ultralight category which is similar to the LSA in the US. The max weight of our Kitfox is 1550 lbs, empty weight 875. Airmaster Constant speed prop.
