I feel like 16 GB is the sweet spot for the latest AAA Games. 12 GB is decent and 8 GB is bare minimum. Anything higher than 16 GB is probably not worth unless you really want to push it

Optimization gets better with time. Warzone 1 was dog at first. and many other games i could list. but over time they see the fat and excess they can trim. and the games gets better

I played Warzone 2 using I5-3470,GTX 1060 3gb,8gb of ddr3 ram and i still managed to get 40-60 fps..and the game is quite smooth. 😂

I just recently noticed one of my ram sticks were not working, so I was running my games the whole time with 8gb only. So I swapped the sticks around. Now I finally got my 16 gb 😂 only took 3 months for me to notice

yup! I almost upgraded my ENTIRE cpu and motherboard because I thought my cpu couldn't handle 1. my new GPU and 2. Warzone, but only warzone lagged/stuttered which let me know its a warzone issue. Decided to upgrade from 16gigs of ram to 32, all issues gone. The fact that warzone needs 14gigs of ram to run is absurd, other games of similar graphics quality worked fine with 16 gigs of ram, with plenty left. But ya, frames and smoothness will both be well improved.
Definitely. But what I can see this game will only take about 12gb ram so 16gb is enough. If you want more capacity for multitasking then sure go 32gb. Rn im using 16gb and still planning to get 32gb (8x4)

Optimization only goes so far. As the games get newer so does the hardware that they require to maintain good fps. Just because the game is progressing doesn't mean you cant. Although I do not think this is a great cod. Not at all compared to the older ones.
They sent a fcking rocket to the moon with only only 100 mb of data . Trust me they just make the games as heavy as the new hardware for sale requires

Chilling with 3600 oc 4.2 allcore,16 gb 4400mhz oc to 3600 cl 14 and 2060 6gb all on ultra 1080p capped at 85 fps,now i upgraded to a 1080ti,it depends on the ram speed aswell and how does the processor take advantage of that ram

@@ladislaugabor2985 same speed is important although not necessary because the faster ram will just automatically adjust to the slower ram speed. Memory size won't impact performance hardly at all. A lot of people run 12gb of ram with an 8 and ca 4 stick.

this is my PC spec :
CPU : i5-6400 2.7@ghz
GPU : RX 580 8gb
Ram : 8gb Single Channel 2133Mhz
when I start to play new game like modern warfare 2 and spiderman miles moral , ram goes about 7.7g of usage and game is not smooth although fps is on 60 and I tried every graphics setting low to ultra none work and still have this stutter on games like suddenly everything stop and fps drop to 2 and then again!

There's a setting set by default that will make it laggy and low on fps
its depend many things if your gpu and cpu have latest drivers also its depend if your gpu and cpu thermal paste isnt dry then you need change it because you lose fps and high temperature also need check your pc if have any dust.

Ive got 32Gb and it even eat 15GB with Discord. I have an Asus Tuf Gaming RTX 3060 12GB GDDR6 and on high grapichs the game uses 8-10GB VRAM. That intel i5 is likely to be enough for Minimum System Requirements but I wonder if its struggle enough. Try it and send the results.
u can but only problem is ur ram and ur cpu is old gpu is good for warzone 2 i have rx 570 paired with i5 12400f getting 100-120 fps most of the time with amd fsr low settings u will get probably 60 plus fps most of the time but it will stutter alot

i would do 2x8 first cuz i will upgrade them from 16 to 32 soon...
its depend of memory if they are dual channel you should use 2x8 because you save 2 more slots for future upgrades. if the price of memory same then do 2x8 if its more cheaper 4x4 stick then put them but check also memory speed and latency which have more benefits.But remember each memory need have same speed and latency than the other one dont put different memory stick speed and latency.

GPU is worse than minimum system requirements, you need at least a GTX 1060 3GB/1650 or RX 470/560 4GB for 50 ish FPS, and a better CPU. It seems like that is a laptop, so that GTX 1050 Ti is not meant for such gaming, due to it being limited to like 35W. Either build a 300-400$ used gaming PC or get a better new laptop/prebuild for 600$+, as you aren't meant to play on such specced PC.

As the other comment says, you need more ram. I have an i7 3770+rx 580 and some troubles with 8 gb (2x4gb) so i upgraded to 2x8gb and problems was solved. The game runs pretty stable at 55+ fps on low settings and 1080p. Try to add more ran, even warzone 1 needed 8+ to run smooth..
