I bought an 01 Brand new. When new fresh and jetted to perfection I could rip 5th gear wheelies no problem, no clutch. Was a very fast bike. I got some holeshots on that one. Only bike in 01 that could hang with me in a holeshot was a 426, but I still won.
my buddy and I mounted an 01 motor in a 2002 CR250R frame. Best of both worlds. Great handling, light and plenty of power. Biggest mod was modify lower engine mounts (cut, weld).
How about a few more contestants? CR500, Tri Z250, ATC250R trike conversions to mention a few. Let's see which one is the fastest!!! Have your customer bring out his Laeger Banshee too. How about the KTM trike ? Come on bros making me beg for content LOL!!!! JK of course but not really LOL
