I wonder just what the hell Harwood's supposed to be. Sometimes I think he's just a normal human who makes up for his weakness and lack of supernatural abilities or martial arts by using chemical weapons and being as competent and as much of a psycho as the Joker, sometimes I think he's a Demon Lord of the earth like McBurn was the fire one and Vagrants-Zion was the time one.
Dunno about that. Maybe his knowledge about chemicals is forbidden or related to mages of dark ages. Maybe he comes from a long line of alchemists like Mariabell
