Awesome interview and insights on our Coach... Drua Fans (and the ruthless Fijian Fanbase) need to watch this and realize the massive Win we Have with Mick on our side... vinaka vakalevu!

That was a fascinating conversation. The content you guys are putting out is outstanding. It always is but recently it’s been next level. Any chance of a second episode every week with a focus on international rugby since we’re leading into RWC 👀 could do analysis in different teams, different guests from other countries, squad predictions etc.. would be awesome. Doesn’t have to be televised like this one is, just a seperate one kinda like how the Breakdown has a seperate podcast segment every week.

No wonder having Mick as Drua coach was a huge win in terms of marrying structure with flamboyance together and it's been showing despite being a work in progress.

Loved this, Mick is an interesting guy with a lot of knowledge. I think he’s brought a lot to help the Drua succeed.
But I think we also have to look at the parallel, Mauger at Moana. It’s just not working at Pasifika and it didn’t work out at the Landers. Imagine getting a guy like Mick in at Moana!!!
Can they get Schmidt or W. Smith? Boyd? Foster? Someone who can bring what Mick brings to the Drua.

Great show, I have lived and worked on Irish TV for years and have seen their rise over the years, a lot of that has come through the development of their looseforwards in particular. In Van de Flier and Doris they have probably the form 8 and 7 in he world. From what I have seen Barrett is the best option at 6. He carries well, is a big man, and offers another great lineout option. I think he needs to have some more game time in that position. One thing is for sure, NZ will come up against some big packs in the world cup, not least France and Ireland. Over the past few years NZ have struggled a bit to gain the edge up front physically, Barrett will help address that.

Question for the panel - Joey Wheeler called Freddie Burns a "band aid" fix for the Highlanders. Mitch Hunt has unfortunately hit a rough patch of form, and Cam Millar is out with injury. Is it time for Sam Gilbert to make the switch to 10 permanently? He's obviously got the skill set, kicks goals with high accuracy, can score and put players away, seems to me like the answer is already on the park. Thoughts?

Cheers for the show. Question: what do you guys thunk about rugby only having 20 kicks per game. Do you think this could make teams think more about priority of kick and potentially increase time of ball in play. This could speed the game up and also change alot of other areas from tactics to player fitness

This also applies in the work place we call it continuous improvement of thinking outside the □ box to fine tune the process of where you started to where you are & the steps a lot more simpler in methodology and will continue to fine tune that there is a is always a ,better way different ways at looking at a problem & solving any way to improve what ever the application in the field you operate in..

With the chat about All Black 7's if you want a defensive work horse surely it would be Du'Plessis Kirifi right now. 24 tackles against MP in 60 minutes.... in a performance where the hurricanes were dominant offensively. Hurricanes might have one of the best loose forward trios. Although I’m probably a bit biased.

Are you guys allowed to cover the World Sevens series? Or is there a strict 15s agenda for the show? I'm sure there are probably shows or forums dedicated to sevens coverage out there, but on a weekend where both national sides clinch their competitions, it seems somewhat like a missed opportunity to not show them some love/give them a shoutout?

Bloke was an AFL player, never understood how he managed to coach rugby, such a different game. Kicking I could learn from Mick the Kick, but what is he going to know about mauling, passing or tackling.

I think just a completely different perspective bro especially about space and how to utelize it and take advantage of it with a variety of skills. When you spend a lot of time in one thing, you can become indoctrinated with the common ideologies in that thing which can make it hard for you to see things in different ways. And sometimes somebody can come in and have a completely different view which is obviously what Mic was able to do.
