Been trying for past 4-5 hours, i spent too much time setting up and started getting raided. Gonna try this cannon rush now. TY
I'm having big fun first time playing this mission on intermediate difficulty i can produce just enough troops to repel incoming attacks but i can't get through their defences. I made it to the outer wall once and destroyed it and then got wiped out clean. I even tried to close the rivers with stone walls and tons of defence buildings with long range weapons but those annoying waves slash right through the walls everytime. Neither me nor the enemy is able to advance for hours of playing, I came to a point to sign a peace treaty with the tatars
By far the hardest level til this point, I tried this level soooo many times over the past 3 weeks, and I just couldn't get the timing right, I nearly gave up.
I lowered difficulty to intermediate, and used spear men, cannons and mongels.
The thing is when you attack the main base, the AI always counterattack your blind spot. That's why I built a castle and a lot of unit producing buildings nearby.
@@THEZOD Yes, that's what complicated the whole level. I tried doing what you did, but I guess I just couldn't get the timing right.
@@PeaGeeGames I restarted this level some many times before I got it right, the timing can be a lot RNG.

Was this really hard mode? They pushed you like 4 times before you built the keep lol. I think I just have bad luck. I play on medium and 5 minutes after I start building I'm getting big armies and sieges pushing me lol
It is, my micro was on point for this one, You just need to leave some units behind to protect your economy and and mass produce cannons.
Masterful. How are you setting up your hot keys?
I simply used the default keys.
