At first I wondered why Crystal told Jake the surprise, but I love how she got him excited about it by helping plan the surprise!
That's exactly what she did! I was thinking the same thing. She knew Jake would be nervous, so she got him in on the action and it really did seem like it helped.
I'm glad Bella and Jake have each other so they aren't alone with their nerves. It is nice to have someone who understands. I bet they will do great.
I miss Joe. Been thinking about him and how he and his dad are doing. My husband was diagnosed with stage 4 colorectal cancer in Dec 2022. Much love and prayers to all!
I just want to say that I think it’s so precious that Jake is nervous about the cruise, but he’s giving the kids a list of reasons why it’ll be a great time as to reassure them. 🥹
Jake and Bella don’t be scared!! It’s so so much fun!! You should do a longer cruise they go so fast and kids can enjoy more time on the cruise ship ❤
With a few of the kids being a bit nervous about it and for it being the first cruise that they’ve been on as a family. I think it’s smart that they’re keeping it short so to give the kids experience being on a cruise( that way if it really wasn’t their thing a least they’re having to wait it out a full five to seven days) as well as the opportunity in the future to go on a longer one if it ends up being a truly great and fun experience for all of them. So I kinda agree with it being a shorter cruise first time around.
Kids can get antsy on cruises. We went on a Disney cruise with my whole family and we had 5 kids total. 4 days on the ship and visiting the places we ported at was enough.
Awesome! Grandma is going to be surprised 😊 so happy she is included too.❤. I think a short trip will be the ideal thing especially on a cruise and with Bella and Jake scared a bit!. ❤

In my opinion, Carnival’s Kids camp is the best around and I love that they have them broken down by age group.

Oh Bella, I feel your pain. I am very clumsy. I try so hard not to be and really watch what I am doing, but I always manage to trip, fall, cut myself, or bump into something randomly. It's crazy, I really should wear a bubble wrap suit. I just love your family and relate to a lot of your videos. I am adopted also. I am much older with my own kids and husband. We take care of my father, and we feel so blessed to have the opportunity to make his life better and have the time with him. My parents are true super heros in my eyes and I am sure all your kids will feel the same about you based off of all the love and support you give to all of them. That is what I got from my parents and at 50 some years old the love was the most important part I realized that as a small child and I thank God in my prayers everyday for the amazing life he gave me. @@Leah-ck2oz no tips besides try a 3 or 4 night. I’m more afraid of flying and turbulence then cruising myself and I still do it

Jake and Bella, when you are on the ship, they are so huge you'll hardly know your on a boat. There is the chance of waves but it won't be that bad. You'll have fun, plus there is so much to do on the ships.
You should plan on using a buddy system. older kid with a younger kid. Especially during boarding and leaving the ship.
You will have so much fun on the cruise. I am happy that Grandma and Tristan are going too. Well I am happy all the kids are going this time. Cruising is so much fun. ❤
The nice thing is a lot of them have teen groups which me and my brothers loved when we were younger. There’s fun things for adults and fun shows too for the whole family

Anyone fearing sea sickness take non drowsy dramine 30 mins before getting on the ship. Regular dramamine will make you sleepy and bring it with you on the boat

My son surprised me with a Disney cruise. He was so nervous, he does not like the water and is not a big fan of hotels and a cruise ship is a big floating hotel. He loved the cruise so much that he is ready for another cruise this year just like Lucas Hallie, Max and Hannah he just felt so relaxed and just all the worries of the world were kind of wiped a way while we were gone
Ensenada cruse,,I did that one years ago it’s a lot of fun,But once your in Mexico you must be very careful and stay together it’s very dangerous right now!!❤

I love that Aaron and Max uses skins. That will keep them safer if God forbid they slide. It will keep their skin on them. Be safe to ride and live another day. Riding you get hot, bugs up your nose and in your eyes even with gear on. Maximize the ride and minimize the risk. My husband won’t go on a cruise. He’s been on many before but every time go sick. Didn’t matter what he took. Gosh can you imagine if all the Crazy Middles as well went ? You would own a floor on the ship for sure. Ahahaha.😂

The nightly dinners are awesome. Bring a couple nice shirts , dress pants, or dresses . Super awesome . Fancy type dinner
Gear isn’t Made to be comfortable it’s made to save lives. Unfortunately in Arizona many riders don’t wear proper gear due to it being too hot. I would suggest only riding at night during the summer if you can’t handle the gear in the sun.

I think you meant ensenada. I just went on a 5 day Carnival cruise from long Beach to cabo and ensenada. Ensenada is kinda not the safest and a lot of people don't get off the ship, but I took a tour there and it was super safe and fun!!!
Bella and Jake and anyone else scared you will have so much fun! You will forget at times your on a ship. If you seem to get scared go to one of the game rooms or dining rooms you will easily forget. You will be seeing part of the world.
Yayyy not only are you all going on a cruise but its Carnival. I can 100% say they do not disappoint. My family goes on a Carnival cruise every other yr for our reunion we are all Diamond members now by how many we've taken. Their camp is awesome as well. Carnival is very lively lol activities every night. I hope y'all do the boat scavenger hunts.

Hello there PS to anyone afraid of water u can choose to peek out the window onto the ocean if u like or not to ease your fears but your on a cruise they have alot u can do to take your mind off your fears pss U can do anything u want to in life ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS PUT YOUR MIND TO IT. and over come any difficulty right Have a great time on your cruise by the end of it bet u will say u have the time of your life with all the buffet all u can eat food entertainment music games water slide and 100 more to count on taking in most times when busy u wont feel like your on the ocean cause your having fun ENJOY

I was scared to go on a cruise at first, once your on you honestly forget your on water because everything is super steady
Ensenada MX cruises usually offer a shore excursion to La Bufadora. Ensenada isn't exactly Cancun, but you can still have fun. La Bufadora is the second largest marine geyser on earth. Also, there is an open air market with shops where you can purchase a wide range of gifts & souvenirs, along with spots for lunch too. It is about a 40 minute drive from Ensenada & I highly recommend booking the excursion through your cruise line. If you're late getting back to the ship due to an unexpected incident, the ship waits for their own excursions. Renting golf carts is the best way to get around the interior of Catalina Island. But, walking around Avalon Bay shopping, eating, or dipping your toes in the ocean can be a fun day too. My very first cruise back in 2004 was this itinerary & it made me fall in love with cruising. I took my mom the very next year & she said that cruising was the most fun she ever had. Have fun!
Enjoy the cruise- most ships have like 30 restaurants and like your prevous Cruise all your meals and drink are paid for and itis a cashless society. have fun !

Oh, and get the sea-bands to help prevent seasickness on the front end…Or drink ginger ale and bitters to get over any nausea that might come up. Gets rid of it in a flash!
