The materials may not have any 'inorganic' chemicals, but the apartment itself looks very inorganic
The apartment is 100% "chemical-free".

Just about the entire place needs gutted, then start over with a new designer or whoever did this! Looks really cheap!

This unit is total science fiction - fantasyland. I love all the books, artwork, and bells and whistles lighting. The kitchen is so roomy and has every storage possibility I could ever want. If I ever come up with this kind on money, I would buy this place in a New York minute.
15 million dollar😱 for a apartment that look robotic and ugly bizarre...I prefer a home that looks lived in and roomy humble ..im sure for a much lesser in price...😮

This is a bizarrely common theme. There are YT channels that are devoted to condos like these and they almost ALL have this weird feeling of being a cross between a shopping mall/museum/office/Apple store - basically places you might want to visit but absolutely not live in.

Cash, your opening was jam packed with your great energy. The apartment location was perfect. Floor to ceiling windows outstanding. The bells and whistles are cool for up and coming business tycoons that rarely stay in one place and then move on to something else. Not a family residence. But a beautiful piece of architecture packed with environmental goodies.

You quite literally could not buy this apartment for $50k a month. The mortgage alone would be $100k a month plus taxes/common chargers/ etc…

I love the way the poor thinks. If you had $200,000,000 in the bank and a 3% interest that would be $6,000,000 a year (not counting any other investments.) so $600,000 is dust in the wind. Why destroy your liquidity? If war, natural disaster, or boredom kicks in you can leave on a whim and not be bogged down or have to worry about it. Your sovereignty is your most valuable asset.

It’s manhattan. Parking is almost never included no matter the price. If you have that much money you are probably going to hire a driver to deal with parking.
The building has no parking but there is parking in the neighborhood ranging from $1000 a month for a car and $1500 for and SUV !
Whoever buys this apartment has enough money that they dnt care about parking

I tell you what would make a great video, taking Jamin to view those box apartment listings that Alex has, and sometimes Mr Charles!! Also, for these super-duper priced apartments, maybe include the annual costs of living there even if you own the place (HOA & Taxes)

So does it have its own generator and water supply? Just wondering how it holds up as the infrastructure (and even the structure) sinks.

That place needs plants...many, many plants. This would enhance the air in the apartment...they went with inorganic chemical free.....now plants would be appropriate. The air would be noticeably improved.

Definitely NOT my style of decor BUT I LOVED that corner of floor-to-ceiling windows and that media room! Re the decor... there was just SO MUCH white! All I could think about was "fingerprints, fingerprints, FINGERPRINTS!!!" However, kudos to the owners! The place looks and gives a feeling of comfort--although I'd spend years learning how everything worked! Also, it definitely is "photo shoot ready" and I'm sure a job requirement of the staff is that they would have had to have worked for the GAP. Just perfect folding! 4300 sq ft (that's A LOT of space), on the 35th floor with those views... YEP! It's worth that $15M or possibly even more!

@@MamaCarola1 OH! Everything is GORGEOUS! But, what's the reality of living in such a place day-to-day and long-term? Could you imagine 2-3 kids under the age of 8 living there? That would be a NIGHTMARE! Cooking and accidents, etc? BUT, if I had $50K to spare I sure would enjoy living there and entertaining for the month--as long as there is a household staff to keep everything folded & rolled to perfection and keeping the place pristine as it has been presented here!
@sinash when I saw the 4 wick candle on the table I know they probably paid pottery barn or crate & barrel prices (at least). Meanwhile I've seen dupes that were similar in target for around $40 which is still overpriced. You know that place wasn't kid friendly lol. & all that storage just emphasized over the top consumerism in action
@@MamaCarola1 Well, you raise a great point. There tends to be a lot of negative comments when properties like this one are shown. I always say pull out of any design what you like and what will work for you--if anything. As far as scale it's all relative. The creative person will find a look/item that will either look the same or very similar and usually at a substantially cheaper cost. For example with one of these Serhant properties featured here I saw an idea for a linear wall of pillows. I loved the idea/concept! Bottom line I recreated the look in one of my rooms and have been getting raves about it ever since. It's easy to complain but it is intelligent and inventive to recreate or build upon (build better) something that sparked an idea. I'm not in the market for a new apartment but I learn a lot and/or get many ideas from each video that I watch here.

Ew, I don't like that first bathroom. It looks like a blur. Too much acrylic, in the bathroom and throughout the apartment.

the view is awesome, I love all the light and he's cute but I don't like the finishes, it's very cold and too blingy at times - I'd fill it with plants and more natural fibers and materials, soft woods and stone, earthy yet light
That server closet is completely overkill, nothing in that apartment needs the size of machines that you saw there, at most you would need a cubic foot or less to power everything in that place. Whoever built it just wanted to make some commission.
