    That was fantastic!! Thank you for taking the time to do these, and thank your family as well. If you take a look at my bio you can see I’ve had two lives; drove and owned my own class 8 trucks but retired as a University professor in physical geography (water resources). But my love is with the old trucks! You can put a boy in the truck but can’t take the truck out of the boy. I’ve wrenched on all my trucks to keep them running but working on my JT is a different animal. Your videos are perfect for me. BTW, you mentioned “bearings “ many many times but that had no bearing on my understanding (yeah, bad joke)

    I work at a Timken plant I run the cnc machine that makes the cups and cones of the roller bearings.

      Thank you for that. Timken has always been the brand I have used for decades. They are pretty much the only one that makes all the sizes we need.
