I have been into podcasts since early 2020 but nothing i've listened to has got me by the edge of my seat like malevolent. Truly one of the best horror dramas out there 💛

The way John's design changes throughout the animatic, the art style, Arthur's scars being yellow, the way their shared body parts are depicted, KAYNE'S DESIGN, Yellow's and KiY's designs working off/balancing John's out - the way he looks menacing/inhuman on his own but is still the least scary of the bunch - the overall artsyle, MR. FAUST'S FEMUR, I am. Deeply unwell. I will be here many more times in the following forever, now excuse me I have to watch this a million more times
Returning to this after Intermezzo and. Oh god. Still one of my favorite animatics ever, and the "you can't trust a single thing I say" timed with being about the deal with Kayne hits even harder now. Thank you so much for making this

Your designs of John and Yellow, how the lyrics of “you can’t trust a single think I say” incorporated into the beginning and tied to the end. The sketchy art really reminds me if Malevolent had an artstyle plus with the uses of browns and yellows. AAA, wish I could say more but there’s so much! Beautiful animatic!

Ohhh! I love what you did with John's mask, showing the progression he made, and switchig it over to the other side for Yellow, and that it was closer to the King before the Dreamlands, and cracked afterwards, while also having the mask-free side show more and more expression as time goes on
And the scars on Arthur, and just-! All of it! It's so cool!!
Oh Wow! The character design changes between John and Yellow are great- with Yellow having the King's crown, and the other half of John's mask is absolutely brilliant! :D
