I like your designs because of their distinction with the split levels and internal open green areas/shafts. These make the design interesting. Specialy for me, who is used to a courtyard inside of the home in the old ways, instead of an external lawn, it gives a very cozy feeling, where you can relax an enjoy fresh air or rain, if and when you need it.

Full rental purpose 250yards 6units of 1bhk in 1 floor and lift in between spiral steps and total 5 floors and in terrace 3 1bhk and in ground 2 shutters and parking and 1 unit of 2bhk 3. 60*60 with 5 bedroom ,2 maid's room of 1bhk,3 attached toilets(bath tubs only for attached toilets or shower bath partition) and 2 common toilets, movie hall, drawing area, family lounge ground in garden and terrace garden,swimming pool, multifunction hall,3 car parking,full modern kitchen and wet kitchen ,BBQ,OTS for utilitiy area. Function hall,pooja room, lift, maid's rooms,car parking in ground floor The villa should be triplex from 1st floor to 4th floor where from 1st to 3rd all bedroom,kitchen and all and in 4th floor theatre and all game space etc Steps should be royal in villa and in between steps the lift should be And another spiral steps from ground to terrace and lift should be from ground to 4th floor At ground floor all the sides space should there for walking through and in all these three sides the box like thing for plants and space should be for walking of 2 people
really interesting plan.. This look very challenging to the regular construction workers.. what is the possibility of making it to real? Are you confident enough produce the same output in real world? I am sorry for asking such question but I am curious as in sometime I am planning to start design and construction of my dream home
Good project Looking good.. Pooja room missing. Double hightted reduce space just look beautiful but waste if so many space inside the home.. Need to improve Space utilization .. Rooms quite small.. Family lounge area bite small so rooms get bigger and there make pooja room so look more beautiful and nice and proper used that space..
Instead of making 3 family sitting areas you can utilize that space to make bigger bedrooms and kitchen because of course a middle family would not be needing 3 sitting areas 1 big livibg area will be enough for them
Its depend where you live in india what there land cost and material cost.. If you have own land so 35-40 lakh home and interior its upon you what you want and what you need.. Min. 20-30lakh for this type of interior..
