So I was highlighting that Trump would argue that DNC/MSM often degrades Kennedy. And now Trump will be doing the same as he sees his numbers go down over time.
I would equate Kennedy more with Bernie Sanders run. Since he was also labeled but also never given air time. So Bernie also knows of these tactics and it strengthen the base but it is still effective on far too many.

My point is they would both lose to RFK in a debate based on him presenting them with the facts alone. I would just like a platform to give him that opportunity. I looked down, and there on the front page, above the fold, was RFK lying on his back, dying. I'll never forget that. It's harder to remember JFK's assassination, which I also remember, but I was only -- was this in 1963? Ten years old. And I think that was number 4 -- JFK, Malcolm X, MLK Jr. and RFK. What a decade! That was the decade when I grew up.

So the constitutional right to free speech is not applied to private corporations and what they do on their platforms because private corporations are not the government... And I love the lack of follow-up from the reporters
When those private corporations are having numerous meetings with the federal government about WHO and what to censor (as proven in court) then it does become a first amendment issue. The feds can’t use a private contractor to go around the first amendment.
Sure, private companies have the right to control their platforms and set their own content policies. However, if they are influenced or directed by external entities, especially gov actors, the situation could be viewed differently under the law. If the external influence comes from a gov entity, the action might be considered a form of state action, which could bring the First Amendment into play.
I also wish the reporters brought this up, but maybe they assumed Americans would know this 🤷🏽♀️
