that's an understatement. i voted trump twice and would vote for him again because biden clearly has dementia. however, i'm voting for rfk jr. i've made up my mind and there's no turning back.
I will never 100% agree on any candidates' opinions/ policies, but what stands out to me for RFK Jr. is his openness on his views and thoughts. He doesn't try to hide behind his words or talk around the subject, he speaks his mind to the point and it's a breath of fresh air in politics in the US. He just seems like a down to earth person, not some lofty politician.

But I think since he's not a career politician like President Biden or a corporate sleaze like President Trump is almost enough to characterize him as good right off the bat but also, I know he's a good person because he's spent an entire adult life as an environmental lawyer protecting people in underrepresented races or communities, and in other countries, from polluting corporations which only chose their areas to develop chemical plants because of the racial make-up of them. I know he's a good person because he sued Monsanto for poisoning people with their pesticides and then trying to cover it up. And, I know he's a good person because the corrupt and greedy media is trying to destroy or ignore him completely. That all pretty much should do the trick on what makes him "good" by even the loosest definition

This was a really good interview. I am surprised at how this interviewer maintains respect and politeness towards RFK Jr. while efficiently asking him important questions throughout the interview. Good job, Riz Khan! With regard to RFK Jr., what a guy! Honestly, I don't think we Americans are smart enough to even understand how good RFK Jr. is for not just America, but the entire world, especially at this point in time. RFK Jr. is by far the smartest, the most knowledgeable, and the most presidential of all the candidates for 2024. I just hope the voters at least listen to these long-form interviews that RFK Jr. engages in, instead of limiting themselves to mainstream news channels.

I know! Shame on Reagan for vetoing the fairness doctrine in 1987. That gave the media the chance now to be biased, and be paid to say what they only wanted highlighted in the news.
Before that, there was this law that prevented media from monopolies, and having to only have fact based, real journalism, without any agenda. Just what is really going on around the world.

@@fshoaps It was during Lincoln's run and he accepted it. I get that he was convinced by other people that it was a temporary, necessity, but he still gave the thumbs up. I believe that this it is this kind of shakiness on principles that opened the floodgates to corruption later on. In other words, his methods passively lead to the inevitable growth of control of the state.

Edit: This all assumes you're against income tax of course, (which bad in the day was considered a necessary evil for the civil war).
For context, Lincoln signed a temporary income tax bill due to the civil war, and as planned, it was removed later. For WW2 another supposedly "temporary" income tax bill came along and was never removed. From whatr I know, now Americans generally accept income tax as necessary, and it stems from Lincoln. I think Income tax is what grew the CIA, FBI, and all the other branches of that sort, and now they have too much power.

Even a Saudi channel allows RFK to speak openly much more than US news, and that too on the topic of legitimate support for Israel! That tells you how awful the US-UK-EU media is.

RFK Jr. is a highly respected international environmental lawyer with four decades and more than 500 law suits he has overseen. This well known middle eastern journalist represents the respect our candidate will bring again to the United States here and abroad.
Be not surprised by the restoration of the example of our country that has been tarnished and about to be cleaned up. Yes, the Kennedy name carries a lot of weight. RFK Jr. has lived up to the promise of that name. His very substance is why he has become a scapegoat for the GOP, DEMS, Mainstream Media, and disgruntled relatives who have done much less for humanity than he.

We are accruing $1 trillion in interest debt every 100 days at this point our national debt is so high. Who will police it? We all pitch in and do our part...think of how much cooperation and parts it takes to make a simple pencil like Milton Friedman talked about. Govt doesn't mandate it, yet people just work together naturally when there is a common goal (which in this case would be a common goal of safe trade without piracy). We aren't even protecting our own borders right now lets be honest...but we can police the world lol?!

I’m a American/ Brit in the U.K. and I think if RFK Jr becomes President it will significantly impact British politics. He will shine a light on so many of the issues that plague both the US and the U.K. that it will shift perceptions here and be a positive catalyst for change.
Eg: Although British politics isn’t as horrendously corrupted by big money donors as American politics it is still a problem, with big corporates having far too much influence over U.K. policy.
80% of the funding for the UK’s MHRA’s funding comes from the pharmaceutical industry and it shows
We’re having similar crisis in chronic disease and diet related disease as the US
Regenerative agriculture is growing here in the U.K. but the government won’t listen and keeps on promoting policies that undermine it despite saying it’s a good idea (because regenerative ag doesn’t benefit big agrochemical companies or big food processors) etc

He's been in the private sector for his adult life. That's why he is articulate about problem solving.
