      I’m contemplating it has been for about a year . I have 4c hair and when I do a twist out as soon as the humidity hit it “ poof “ I’m tired of pony tail puffs and when I go out I can’t style my hair . I don’t do wigs and braids take out my edges .

      @sherriokere1192 Před 2 lety

      You're right our hair is always growing. To long hair it's all about retaining length. I'm trying to reach tailbone length by 9/2023. I keep my hair in protective styles most of the time and that's one of the ways I was able to reach waist length.

      Only if you’ve done everything you could, tried everything you could afford, and still found it to be a pain or hassle. Her hair was under wigs and she wasn’t taking proper care under the wigs (leaving it in for months at a time), that’s why her hair seemed like it wasn’t growing. It was breaking off just as fast.
      Maybe being natural isn’t for you and that’s still fine. Just take care of it to keep it healthy.

    Glad I found your video. I have fine 4C hair and have been natural for over 10 years and my hair is and has been healthy, but does not want to grow past a certain point. For those who say to trim it regularly, at a certain point you’re trimming the knots and split ends every 3 months. It’s insanity, especially when you’re keeping your hair protected.
