Yeah, 85C Bakery is a Taiwanese bakery. One common way Taiwanese people praise desserts/bread is "it's not too sweet" because they don't like excessively sweet stuff (more apparent if you compare it to American desserts and pastries).

@ the fish thing. Malena is right. Fish doesnt taste good, if the delivery chain is too long. I live like 3 workdays away from fresh fish, even though its only 400km. But its day 1) fishing > delivery to the harbour; day 2) transportation; day 3) delivery to the wholesale > delivery to the shops. You cant tell that no longer fresh fish.
