Something about the haute couture section of this line feels like the toy making machine at FAO Schwartz had a magical meltdown especially in reference to the accessories like the shoes and bags. I absolutely love this collection 💞🧸

Sorry, they're not on the verge of giggles. They're humiliated because they know they look foolish. If Mr. Browne thinks dressing men like women is some sort of statement on gender neutral fashion, he's completely misunderstood. This does not work. It's creepy. And one other thing. If your models can't walk in their shoes, it's a failure.
Every Thom Browne runway looks like a fever dream I never want to end.
It's weird, but it's very stylish at the same time. Thom Browne is the Tim Burton of Fashion. His pieces are amazing.

@@hyract8380 it is very stylish. Your looking at it to literally, break down the pieces, silhouettes, bags, clothing choices. When you go to the Thom Browne store you see nicely tailored suits and not this editorial stuff. This is all marketing, look at Mugler 1997 or Dior 2004 fall couture. And you underestimate the amount of people who would joyfully wear this.

I can see his fashion/art as the basis for a world in a film or broadway show. The explosive proportions are so stimulating and enjoyable. It is fascinating to see what is going on inside someone's soul through the expression of art!!!

Ahhh yes, nothing says iconic like dressing up as a giant, demented, golf ball. So iconic, so historic! These should all be in the most prestigious museums across the globe for the generations to come, to study the pure ludicrous, psychotic mindset of those in this day and age.

"Is it a sweet dream or a beautiful nightmare!" I love the Teddy Bear audience, and the shows fantasy theme. The clothes in the first half of the show were very clever, well tailored, and the men had equal share in modeling them. I totally enjoyed watching!

Marvelous! For 20 minutes I was living in his wonderful magical world. The music, colors, stories, shapes, actions, set, ambiance, clothes! Wow. I'm wordless.
His funkiness makes his collection an instant draw forwards almost in a magical sense. The creativity factor and the models presence while walking is incredible. There is definitely charm in fashionable funkiness
Needs better designs
If Harry Potter, Dr. Seuss and Wicked elevated the fashion in their respective universes, this is what it would look like. With this collection, Thom Browne has written a love letter to whimsy and imagination, making us believe that we can wear these and be part of a world that still values wonder, frolic and playfulness.
I thought I got a "Cat in the Hat" vibe from this!!!
I wish someone wore something like the second look to the last met gala that would have been perfect and on theme with “The guilded age”.
The bags have caught my attention. I also love the color choices and cut in the skirts and jackets. I now want the "doggy bag" and one of the medium tall hats.

So far, my very favorite fashion show ever...and many of the clothes can actually be worn on the street (sans hats and stuffing).
Maybe not a combination of all the garments at once but a lot of these pieces are beautiful. One of my favorite fashion shows as well
I feel like almost every peice could be worn on its own by a regular person obviously not the more avant-garde stuff and I love that it’s all so excessable. It’s looks loud together but it’s a display of what can be done not about what should be done. The collection stands as a masterwork of tailoring.
I especially love the skirts. They're fun but still very practical.

Definitely agree 1000% , and already have, I wore 13:18 too my job interview with Taylor made golf clubs. Safe to say I got the job! But not without the CEOs giving me a couple good wacks across the course. Everyone should own one of these!

This is the best show I've ever seen including peak Alexander McQueen. It's a riot, a quiet zany magical riot.
The entire first section reminded me of Harry Potter.. like if each house colors were updated with this style instead of the robes! I lived for this 👏🏾
This gave me Harry Potter meets Mickey Mouse vibes 😆. Really cool collection though some of the color schemes of the suits reminded me of the Asiana Airlines uniforms.

What I expecially love about Thom Browne's fashion shows and I find it pretty funny: is how the male models play their part. The young men sure look like they understand little to nothing of what is this all about. Most of them seem to be really confused, like "Okay, count me in, I am doing this, but I don't get it."😊
@Kinda There's nothing "to get". It's stupid and the men look ridiculous. Mr. Browne consistently fails to understand "ambiguous". Further more, when your models can't walk properly, it's a failure.
@@Consrignrant I am for one to 'read' and learn a lot from Thom Browne's fashion. It's always a performance art, not only a fashion show. Models being not able to walk is a message. The abundance of accessories and 'layers' is something to read too.
Being more intuitive and knowing the history of art, the history of costume, the history in general... may help a lot to understand what's going on.
