Great video! Will your hair colour fade of you follow cgm twice or thrice in a week as it involves shampoo wash? Could you tell me what hair colour have you applied?

once in a week only i use shampoo.. other days i do co wash..
another thing is that most of the cgm friendly shampoos and products are colour safe
i did loreal’s colour.. kinda light brown shade.. i forgot the shade number.. its been 6 months now
