4 months into having a refurbished S10e from a years old, very much used, serious screen burn-in Galaxy S7 standard... Differences are screen size and resolution (5.1 QHD on the S7 to 5.8 Full HD on the S10e), stereo external speakers, very fast fingerprint sensor on the power button, and quite a few other improvements, all on the S10e... The actual footprints of both phones are almost exactly the same, so once again, I have a smaller handset, and I prefer things that way! I'll use this phone daily until it finally dies, just like the S7 did!

@@jvproductions6802- It was because of the smaller, more compact size... Although the actual screens are of a different size and resolution, both phones take up almost the same footprint! There's something about the entire S10 Family that Samsung did everyone likes, and it has something to do with the fact that this particular model was also marketed as the 10th Anniversary of the iconic S Series flagship! Samsung started slowly omitting a few features and redesigning its camera arrays after the S10, and many Samsung loyalists _ARE NOT AT ALL HAPPY_ with the changes made now, and that the high-end is becoming "just like Apple" in some of the marketing and feature strategies - Not good!

While some points are valid, it's unreasonable to say it's a better purchase over the new releases, without even a side by side comparison.
Also, you fail to mention that the SC 855 won't be optimal for mobile gaming nowadays. People who have gaming necessities and don't know better may regret their purchase with your incomplete info.
The most important point is that people use their phones for 2-3 years, and if you recommend someone to buy a phone today that's already 2 years old, by the time they finish using it, it will be 5 years old. This is a really poor recommendation honestly. You can get much better and newer phones for the same price these days.
Yes if you already have an S10e then maybe you can think twice about upgrading and hold a bit longer, but for people who don't have an S10e, they're much better off buying a brand new phone that just came out.

    S10+ or s10e ?

I would say to go for the s10+ if you don't mind a large phone. The battery life would be far superior and goes for around the same price as the s10e.

It seems like for the s10 used is the only option. It's definitely worth it at the price you can get them at, you just need to be careful about battery health and if the previous user took care of it
