- TRUMP NEWS LATEST: Former President Trump was shot in the ear in an ‘attempted assassination’ during a campaign rally in Butler, Pennsylvania.
Trump was swarmed and covered by Secret Service agents. Trump quickly jumped up after his face was streaked with blood and exclaimed, “Fight! Fight! Fight!” The suspect was shot dead by agents. One person who attended the rally was killed and two other attendees were critically hurt.
The FBI identified the shooter as 20-year-old Thomas Matthew Crooks of Bethel Park, Pennsylvania. Crooks was a registered Republican, according to state voter records. The FBI told reporters the agency has taken the lead in investigating the attack.

A witness didn't say he saw something " out of place". He told police he saw a guy with a rifle crawling up a roof . It's a little different than " out of place".

Ridiculous that they would have excluded a flat roof 120 yards away as "outside the zone". Ridiculous that local police would have dismissed reports from citizens who spotted the shooter. And what arial surveillance? Drones would have easily picked up someone crawling around on a roof... did the Secret Service actially deployed any?

how did the shooter know that that building was unsecured? How did he know he could get on the roof of that building in broad daylight with a rifle without being contacted by authorities? Nobody would risk carrying a rifle in public unless they knew their path was clear.

Im not a Trump supporter, but I was flipping through the news channels and paused on the rally to listen to what Trump was saying and then 5-10 minutes later shots rang out! This was terrifying, and my own worry was for people in the end! I was shook up and was shaking, because I was so scared for everyone! Rip to those individuals that lost their life.
