Please make more of these videos with clear details. Wonderful products but the tips on how to would help vs watching 100's of videos to find out how to do something or find out what that button does. Just my 2 cents.

i love this app but when exporting cineform and selecting 5.6K the MOV file seems more washed out. additionally the clarity is much less than what shows in the player. any thoughts?
Is this player works only with GoPro Max? I have 11 black and I don't have these settings when I start a video or I need specific settings while I recording a video? Thanks!
Can I zoom in and export? I'm trying out and its not working. Export is in a lower res/aspect ratio and it does not stitch properly. I understand the theory of why it's not working, just don't get why it looks perfect on the GoPro Player with the zoom and the export it's so different.
Any tips?

Can you confirm? The .mov files cant be read by most video edit programs except premiere which is too expensive for most people.
If your PC can handle it the option will be enabled.

Trying to trim one simple video and this video seemed to skip right past it to advanced stuff, trying to trim pieces out of one video and stitch together pieces I want to keep.

I'll way say, GoPro introduced a simpler inbuilt synchronised software for stitching and arranging the clips likewise we want.

How do you slow down the transition? It goes from turning the view nice and slow and then goes really fast??
Slow it down in the youtube settings! to playback speed 0.25 it's more easy to understand it but the software is still clunky

@@Amraiz For Mac, use a Catalina OS installation. It's easy to boot to a second version on Mac. Then install Fusion Studio and it'll work.

I wish you provided this WITHOUT using Microsoft App store. I don't have any of that app store functionality on my editing machine because I don't like the things Microsoft does and don't trust them or any of their integrated apps. I much prefer a stand alone installer and software.

I have GoPro Fusion and I can say that this app can”t export anything. Just crashes - System error "A new guard page for the stack cannot be created". Almost the same situation with Fusion studio. GoPro support and software are disasters. I have Alienware 17 r4 GTX 1070 and they told me that I had to replace my GPU?! Only because of their software?

Fusion Studio does require a high end machine to stitch the video, it was made by Kolor and thus is no longer supported. However there is a wonderful community on community.gopro.com that can help you.
What I learned from forums: Export clips instead of the entire imported video. Once I trimmed videos down, I have had fewer crashes.
I am using Fusion camera and GoPro Player on Mac. I took the advice from a PC user and found success. Try it and report back.
Also consider downloading GoPro Quik for desktop, this is a newer GoPro editing station as Fusion Studio was discontinued.
Side Comments: GoPro is very vague when trying to discover important information. Much of what I have realized is due to piecing together details from multiple forums (gopro community, reddit, youtube comments).

@@SkaterStimm I offered two suggestions: Quik and Player, with Player being the most recent.
I don't know their goals, work flow, and level of editing. The Quik app, after solving the music library issue, does allow for very basic editing, versus the Player app, which is also limited when compared to features offered to the newer cameras.
I've used GoPro equipment since the very first Hero, currently have about four of them, including the latest 10. I also have an Insta360 that I was sent to trial and can operate and edit that, no problem. But the Max and GoPro Player, just forget it. the WORST editing interface I have ever come across. Genuinely horrific. Both the program and the Max will be going in the bin I'm afraid, it's utterly unworkable.
Absolutely agree with your comments on Gopro software. Quite like the Max however and will persevere with getting 360 files into a format that is editable with Premiere Pro
The GoPro player can't be downloaded for Windows anymore. You get the message in the Microsoft store " The thing you're looking for isn't here". That makes the Gopro Max completely useless as there is no other way to convert the .360 files to a workable mp4 file. I've tried with Premier pro and they won't open even with that plugin of yours. I've spent 5 hours on the internet any no results. I'm returning the camera and asking for a refund if this doesn't get resolved within a week. This is what you get for not making normal downloadable software and creating stupid Microsoft store apps. It never works.

If you swipe with a trackpad it will jump to the beginning or end. We added a scroll bar for Mouse users.
@@SkaterStimm with a mouse it takes a long time to scroll to the beginning or the end of the sequence. Multiplied by many sequences it's painful
Shortest software and support in existence, can use quik on mobile phone, but not a high end laptop? Then when contact support you question me what laptop I'm using to see if it can handle your quik software?... But an android phone no issue?.. is this a joke?

How about a proper instruction film with actual instructions? This sped up annoying sounding clip is hardly helping at all.
