- Samsung Galaxy A05 Unboxing and Review
The A05 is Samsung's most affordable device so far for 2024. Released alongside the A05s in December 2023, the A05 has some lapses hopefully fixable by software and some pretty much unfixable. This is a detailed review of the Samsung Galaxy A05 - Věda a technologie
Bro you do a great job at delivering what the audience needs to hear. Great content, thanks!
Means a lot to me and I appreciate the motivation, thank you.
@@TechCityExplorer I'LL Still buy dis phone above d infinix hot 40i
At this point, Samsung is selling the brand name.
Nice review Tech City, as usual.😊
Well they are in for some serious competition
You did well with the camera review. Thank you.
My pleasure, I'm glad it served you.
The polycarbonate body on this phone is quite a nice feature, since pc is stronger than metal/glass
thank you my brother..africa needs this tech things ,.i will post it
Thank you 🙏🏻, I appreciate the support.
Excelent video this Phone es just what I was loopink for 😊
Glad I could help 🙏🏽
Thanks this is really useful.
Its for my over 70 Aunt so the last part is perfect.
😊
Awesome! Glad I could help.
This is a nice review but at the glossy part i recommend the black than the white cause if you choose the white your fingerprints will be light brownish and in the photos your only using the 13mp mode not the 50 mp mode but otherwise its right
I did use both the 50mp and 13mp modes, I just didn’t specify but I have a short video coming soon on just the camera with more details. For the color a friend has the white and doesn’t seem to notice fingerprints or smudges so I think the black is worse off. Thank you for the feedback 🙏🏽
Good Update
Thank you Legendary boss 🙏🏽
I have the a05 and it is running smooth it has 6.1 ui and and android 14
Awesome, I'm glad to hear you are enjoying yours.

@@meliodaslostvayne3002 battery life is great. Took me over a day after a full charge.

Wow
My Samsung A05 that I got 2 days ago comes with One UI version 6 and Android 14
Sweeeet.. Guess different regions with different specs.
Is the Samsung AO5 easy to break?
I won’t say easy but with some force the screen would break so you have to be careful as with any other device. The body tho is made of plastic so should withstand some bad falls.
@@TechCityExplorer thank you for your reply
@@Junjo11 anytime
Is there any redmi that is same price range and better
None I know about but you could get an Infinix or tecno
Redmi 12 is the best alternative to this compared to Tecno or Infinix dude.
@@jmd9547 don't you think that is your ''Opinion"? And just so you know I use all of them weeks before making a review and I can tell you they don't have as much difference as you might think.. so yea it is one of the alternatives and it is up to the individual person to decide which works best for them after checking out all the facts plus I give alternative within the same price range and the Redmi is noticably more expensive.
@@TechCityExplorer yeah that's why im telling it because it's my opinion. Dude I also use redmi and Infinix and that's my take on this.redmi is miles ahead compared to Tecno and Infinix and so you know the price difference between Redmi and Infinix or Tecno is almost the same.
@@jmd9547 Bro Infinix and Tecno are not one device.. they have different models. This video is for a Samsung Galaxy A05 and Redmi 12 is not in the same price bracket. Infinix and Tecno devices in the same price bracket as the Redmi 12 are very similar if not better. Take it or leave it .
Redmi poco phones have the worst displays
How many people do you think will buy this samsung ao5 compared to your so called competition which are of course tecno and infinix. This phone will last for a maximum of 4 years meaning many people will buy this over tecno or infinix which will not even get an os update.
🙂 Well the truth is people are smarter these days and so yes a lot of people don't pay for names anymore but rather want the best product their money can offer which of course are the Tecno and Infinix these days. 4 years of OS updates shouldn't be the only reason why you buy a phone especially if you are not an average user moreover how many people use a single device for more than two years these days? Making the two years of software and security updates offered by Tecno more than sufficient for them. In any case it is my job to tell you as it is and give you all possible options and the final decision lies in your hands after comparing all the facts. Thank you for engaging and I hope you have subscribed to the channel 💪🏼
@@TechCityExplorer you don't get my point do you.most people are average users and they don't buy Samsung because of the name.they buy it because of its durability, reliability, longevity of use and optimized hardware and software the same reason that many buy iphones even though it's expensive because they want to use it for a long time not just one or two years. Best product can offer? Are you for real? If you plan of using your phone for just a year then go ahead with Tecno or Infinix but value for money it's far from that.
@@jmd9547If you really think phones like that are made to last a year, that's cute. You can live with OS support being behind 3 years unless you care too much about security which can easily be avoided by not doing stupid things like downloading viruses.
Also at this price range, even Samsung and Apple phone durability are of lower quality. I've broken 2 Samsung and 1 iPhone at this price range because it can't even survive drops and the rain.
In the meantime, I'm using a Chinese phone righy now for the same price range and it's lasting me 5 years now even if it's using an older Android 10.
@@jmd9547People *do* buy it because of the name. Just as you are, apparently.
Samsung phones aren't that reliable, nor are they that durable. People forget somehow they are responsible for one of the biggest product recalls in recent times. And even years on, their battery longevity is miserable.
Short memories and low standards, I guess, eh? A bit of marketing is enough for people to forget flaws, just as long as they see something is popular.
Also, don't delude yourself into thinking an A05 is lasting longer than a year. It's got barely enough to run at the time of release, much less any significant length into the future.
@@Cantripping you know the reason why people including me buy samsung smartphones? Because that name translates to quality, durability, optimization and longevity of use. Dude you bubbling about the past problems with Samsung phones which are not anymore relevant. I think you’re the one deluded here.
The Galaxy A05 is a pice of garbage. I have had it now for four months.
After all of these years, with all of the technological advancements, why did they design a phone that's like a brick.
Besides that the software is buggy as he'll.
The screen is constantly locking, freezing, becomes unusable.
I have to hit the power button to turn the screen off, then back on just so it becomes usable again. It's a vicious circle of pain.
Also, what the he'll is Microsoft doing on here?
Why is THAT not an option to delete.
Bloody Microsoft?? Really? The he'll?
Factory reset made a little difference. But after the updates it is back to being a bucket full of frustration.
My note8 destroys this thing and that is a very, very old phone. And no asshole Microsoft.
Based on the above, yeah , I strongly do not recommend you even look at this phone.
Good for three year Olds only.
Getting a Samsung device for less than 100 dollars means you are getting a branded brick 😂
Man I got the freezing as well, it is so painful to use
You are expecting too much.... This device is perfect for the price. I don't intend using it for a very long time but it is definitely not a bad phone as you are making it look. I am posting this comment with it by the way.
@@Teesammy if it works great for you and meets all your needs that’s all that matters. I’m glad to hear you are enjoying yours.
