I have loved watching every bit of Harris. He was always fun and as Dr. Smith he made my childhood more fun. As an older man he was all over and doing his show. It is pleasure to enjoy him here as it is near impossible to find him elsewhere. Thank you for posting.

This guy was my favorite actor in lost in space. And as far as l am concerned he really made the show along with the robot of course so successful .

Agreed...I also think John Williams created an exciting score for the opening credits.

It's true, Harris and the Robot did make the show successful, but to be honest, when I was a little kid watching Lost In Space for the first time, I hated Dr Smith with a passion. I was looking to see a serious show about space travel. It did start out that way when I was 6 years old, and those continuous episodes had me in suspense, waiting for the following week's show. Then the show became really goofy in the 2nd season and moreso in the 3rd season. After a while I became to appreciate it with all of its colorful fantasy episodes.

I thought Denton was a bit of a smartass. But that is his style. He could have asked much better questions. Bill Mumy was a great child actor. Harris handled himself well

Denton was very young then and was a bit too clever for his own good. He's far more mature, relaxed and respectful now. I think he would agree that he was a smart ass. And feels like a wasted opportunity. If anything, it shows how much Harris is in control, even at 80. He kept up with Denton and took over at certain points. He literally took over Lost in Space too, much to the annoyance of Guy Williams, but made it the show we still love today. RIP to a great man.

Jonathan Harris - wonderful, generous, classy juxtaposed with Andrew Denton who comes across absolutely awfully. It is less of an interview and more just cheap shots all based on Aussie humour which for a newcomer is hard to grasp. Cheap shots at the others actors, trying to dig up dirt - just a bloody awful interview with a man who brought so much joy and fun to millions.

I've grown to really love him! I never liked Smith when I was growing up because I felt he slowed down the action and the space stuff but I really think he got them into more situations than they might have on their own. Just wish they did more adventure and action like the comic that inspired the TV show. This interviewer is sort of annoying, thinking he is funny and talking *&^% about Bill. How dare he.
