Yes very easily there are screws provided for fitment....
Is that will not hert telescope
No it will not and if u don't want to do the whole on the telescope body so u can glue the telescope with some plastic or wooden rectangle plate and do whole on that and then fix the telescope with base plate but it requires some effort to make that plate or block....
