Spin Doctors perform "Little Miss Can't Be Wrong" live at the Farm Aid concert in New Orleans, Louisiana on September 18, 1994. Farm Aid was started by Willie Nelson, Neil Young and John Mellencamp in 1985 to keep family farmers on the land and has worked since then to make sure everyone has access to good food from family farmers. Dave Matthews joined Farm Aid's board of directors in 2001.

interview of the singer-
"When did you start to write the song, “Little Miss Can’t Be Wrong,” and what was it about?
That song is actually about my stepmom, my dad’s ex-wife. People always think it’s about an ex of mine but it’s actually about my dad’s ex, who I grew up with. "
So its not actually about howard stren, but i still wonder why he said that. i cant find 1 story about a fued. i havent seen them on his shows either....... idk a falling out maybe? they were really high in this video so i could have just been a one time joke.
