Would be easier to paint the olive oil before you cut them into pieces

How did you think making cuts would come out to an uneven count????

Thanks. I went to a low sodium diet recently and this might help me make my own tortilla chips without the salt.

If you preheat your air fryer, the cook time will be the same for each batch. Also, if you cover the tortillas with oil prior to cutting, it’s much easier.

    Hey, thanks!
I eat low-carb, but never heard of a carb balance. I will have to look up the ingredients to see if it has wheat gluten
Even though I’m not using low carb tortillas, this will help me a lot at a Mexican restaurant. I won’t gorge myself, knowing that I could have tortillas at home more often. And in a controlled situation! Thank you ever so much

@@EverydayShortcuts sorry, it has wheat. I can’t eat it. Darn.

@@judysbakeryandtestkitchen1654 try a gluten free tortilla wrap. Mission just came out with some new ones that are made from almond flour or cauliflower.

@@EverydayShortcuts really? Oh wow! I didn’t know that. We have grocery pick up, so I don’t go into the store. I’ll have to look it up. This will be so much easier than trying to make my own. I’ve been using egg life wraps sometimes, but it’s like a dollar a wrap!!
Thank you so much I will subscribe and see what else you have. I really appreciate that answer

I would like to see the ingredients in the tortilla chips rather than the little infor on the front of the bag. This is why kids still eat poptarts even though they have antifreeze in them

Hi! Beware of the "net carb" gimmick. Regarding weight loss, carbs (minus fiber content) still have the same amount of calories and affect weight loss/gain as such. Diabetics are advised that if their food is higher in fiber (contains >5 gms of fiber), THEN it can be subtracted from the carbohydrate food as that will then be enough fiber to lower the glycemic index of the food, and ultimately the blood sugar will not rise as much as a low-fiber carb. Using the term "net carbs" is often used by manufacturers of foods to manipulate carb watchers to buy their products
