Hey my mezzo 21 speed front high lever not clicking have to push all the way to shift. Checking it while cycle on stand and peddling.Though low shifter clicking but when chain on 3rd biggest ring the low seems jammed have to use a little more force. But from 2 to 1 it's normal. Unlike the rear levers no satisfying noise of click. I am new to gear cycle! Tried high low screw barrel adjustments. But still it fille like I am pushing the chain with my finger while shofting high. Thanks. Please advice.
Your triple front derailleur High/Low adjustment maybe off, that will cause the shifter to not click because it's hitting the derailleur limit before clicking point.
Thanks for this video. I am replacing mechanical disc brakes with hydraulic brakes and need to replace the Shimano combo shifter units. Do these allow you to downshift 3 gears at once like the Shimano RapidFire shifters? I’m deciding between microshift vs shimano sl-m315 shifters which are more expensive. Also have you installed and uses these shifters yet? I’m worried the shifting levers seem too short when installed inside the brake lever as it seems they can not be mounted outward of the brake lever like other shifters. Thanks.
I got the same mezzo but 3x9, these are reliable when combined with shimano derailleurs only, with mezzo derailleurs it sucks. Also, the length to make an upper changes is like miles, I have small hands and its uncomfortable. So long story short, its good value, but shimano shifters are way better plus the rapid 3 vel fire that this do not offer.
@@eduardochantos1573 I ended up buying Microshift TS71 3x8 instead of the TS39 model shown in this video. The shifting levers are in different positions that are much closer together. I haven't installed them yet but they seem to be good. They allow multiple downshifts like the RapidFire. Actually it will shift 5 gears at a time instead of 3. I plan to do a review after I get them installed. I plan to use with Shimano FD-M310 front and RD-M360 rear derailleurs. I was able to get the shifting set for $18 USD vs. spending $40 USD on Shimano set.
There is usually an access hole somewhere on the opposite side of the cable where if you have the gear at 1x you can push the cable out from the access hole. If no hole is present, then you probably just need to pop off the bottom cover and see where you can pull the cable out and install new cables.
Thank God I've found this 😌

@@TheGizmoGarage Ya there is a hole but i am not able to pass the wire properly …….so how can I open it please help and thanks for your reply 🙂
that long leverage in front shifter actually feels bad. the chain rubs with the highest cog while trying to shift
It's affordable and kind of works...
Adjust your high level screw on your derailleur
Price??
