Actually there dragonite is best dragon Pokemon in games cause of ability multiscale
Only 2 pokes can match to his power Haxorus and druddigon cause they have ability mold breaker they can pass from multiscale
But still I don't think druddigon can even beat him cause lack of speed
So only haxorus can beat dragonite but if that dragonite having sash no dragon type pokemon can win against him ( talking about non legendary )
