Honestly, OnePlus's Nord devices have quickly become some of the best budget 5G phones for U.S. customers - where our options our limited 🙃

Could you review the Motorola Edge+ 2023?
❤😮
Hi
Until you have a problem their tech support team can't correct. Then you will find out why they can't/don't run with the big dogs. I have owned 2 Oneplus phones. I have also owned my last Oneplus phone.
Until you have a problem. You will then find out why Oneplus can't/won't run with the big dogs.
For less than $300, this one is 🔥
It's Technology Man again, Wade. I don't know if you read my comments, but I loved your Moto G Stylus 2023 video! I knew you'd trash it, lol! It deserved it. I appreciate that you don't sugar coat and give good reviews to everything like your buddy Kevin Breeze does. You've recently trashed Apple, Motorola, and Google. I love it! Your reviews can he trusted. I'm really interested in seeing your opinions on the Moto G Stylus 5G 2023! If you buy it.
Maybe Kevin has his own opinion on things
He said that Apple still irritate him on some aspects, but better app support means iPhone still his daily driving phone
I have a OnePlus N20 5G recently bought on 10/22. I came from a user of the usual American "Top 3" phone brands. The N20 completely exceeded my expectations --- the OnePlus is highly underrated. HIGHLY. That said, I wouldn't hesitate to jump on the new N30. It does exactly what a phone should be doing with no unnecessary extra B.S.
i agree
I can live with the LCD display. However, I cannot live without a 0.5 to 0.6 wide view camera. I love the fact that the Nord N30 5G has a nice stereo speaker setup and it's also 50W WARP charging capable. I'll stick with my 2022 Moto G Stylus 5G for now. Which is basically the same phone with exception of the stereo speakers and 50W charging, plus a decent wide view camera, mostly usable during the day.
Now, what I really wanted to see at T-Mobile and Metro is the OnePlus Nord 3 5G. That phone is spectacular.
Nice work 😅😅😅😅
This phone is brighter and not as narrow as the 2022 g stylus 5G
@@Bender-official but what about a wide assn hips??? I do😂
Gifted my OP11 to my great nieces boyfriend. Have a 10Pro and 10t and wanted to see how the n30 worked.
Just set it up and am impressed with it. I bumped it to 8gbram. But running on 4 at 120hz it was still very smooth.
I am one of the unfortunate few that can’t tell the difference between 60 and 120hz. They look exactly the same to me so I set to 60 and save battery.
Screen. It is a pinch larger than the 10t.
When you buy just get a case to cover it. No prints on the phone and you gots protection that you will inevitably need.
Guy I work with has a nice iPhone and a heavy duty case. He frequently drops his phone. The only thing the case doesn’t protect against is water, and yah he drops his phones in all sorts.
Processor. Apparently is more than adequate. It and it’s default 4gb ram we’re sufficient enough to provide a very smooth performance.
One thing I’ve pointed out for years is.
Phones today are far more powerful than they need to be.
The average human will never push any of these devices to their point of taxation.
The majority of the population of this planet, through the normal course of a normal day wouldn’t come close to pushing these devices to their limits.
A three year old processor with good software and sufficient ram apparently is more than enough to make a phone work really well.
Those camera lenses are HUGE
very pretty phone. love that it's got a headphone jack
Agreed!
Wade do you think more midrange phones will start bringing back the headphone jack? Seems like there's start of a trend
Name another mid-range phone with 8 gigs of ram... On any pre paid network..... You can't because doesn't exist except this phone. And right now it's free basically on Metro. I don't think you reviewers put any emphasis on how many gigs of RAM phones have and how much difference it makes in multitasking in every day performance.
It's a huge difference.
Yeah, thank God I asked the Ram of both phones offered to me when I upgraded for the first time, this phone is a no brainer choice.
Always love your reviews, Wade. Really in-depth and down-to-earth. And there's something relaxing about them. Great job!
In fact, their flagship devices were very popular up until the 9 and 10 series. Unfortunately, they got a little off track during those times. However, the Oneplus 11 came out in February and is easily one of the best flagship smartphones of the year
I have this phone and I love it! The charging part is awesome. It takes no time to charge. I think it's fast. I had a A03 and it felt slow. I bought a cheap case from the T-Mobile store. I've dropped it a few times and no damage done. My 7yo grandson has the same phone and drops his all the time and it hasn't broken yet. Yes the speakers are awesome as well. To me this phone is better than the A03.
7 year old 😮😮😮.
A 7 year old with a modern phone? That’s insane. That boy won’t make it to college. If he does he’ll graduate at the bottom of his class.
I have had mine for a year and had scratched it up but just realized it came with a factory installed screen protector, I just peeled it off and looks brand new again. Definitely very happy with the phone, for the money, my last phone was a apple iPhone XR and a new iPhone is over 1k. which I couldn't afford.
I’m trying to find out what the name of the wallpaper is from a previous video you made.. and where I can get it . The Samsung S22 full review..Is it worth it? remember?
Yes I thinking of buying one
Got this phone at metro for $20
Unlocked? Where and how? Did you have to sign a contract? I will give you 25$ or $50 food stamps if your interested lmk
Metro by T-Mobile is a prepaid carrier and they're currently offering this phone for $0 all you have to do is pay for the first months service which varies from $25-$65 taxes and fees are included. It's a great phone, I like that it has the SD card slot, headphone jack and the charger is included in the box. @@Whoswhoofwho
You don't have to sign a contract.
How?
Yea ok
Got this phone at practically $250 and with that price point I think is far better deal than $300 considering the issues standard android at $300 have now
Any suggestions for how to add an always on display? The phone is great other than that missing piece.
LCD is good for people who are sensible to pwm/flickering presented on all amoled phones.
been a Oneplus fan for a long time!
I'm a newbee as of 10/22. N20. I was never one of those buyers who NEED to have the latest most expensive brand. Even if I can afford it, I would still go with a OnePlus. My philosophy is, stop the insanity of comparing thousand-dollar phones to budget phones. It's obvious there's going to be differences.
Why did OnePlus remove the wide-angle camera on the N20 and N30? The N10 had one.
I LOVE it!!! Definitely worth it great smartphone...
How's the connectivity over 5G?
Is it available in trinidad
Does this come unlocked from one plus website ?
In Europe this phone is called Oneplus Nord CE 3 Lite
This phone is great value for the money! Great job, OnePlus!
Its not..u could buy the A34 which is better in everything except for the teardrop notch
@humannnn678 I know the A34 is better. I'm just trying be positive. I agree, though.
@@planetminecraft411It is arguably a worse value than the N20 though
Samsungs One UI 🤢🤮
There is a rumored Nord 30 SE with Dimensity 6020 chip, any info on that??
This is nord ce 3 lite in asia and europe. I got it for 228usd with 256gb. No network plan. I thought electronics are cheaper in usa?
Have this phone and love it! Just need a case
Amazon be having some great cases..you might get a really good deal since prime day is about to be here
Dang, I just ordered it and they were running a promo online and a case was a dollar when you order the phone and it's coming with free OnePlus earbuds
Good review, thanks! I'm so glad it has LCD. OLED causes PWM flicker headaches, migraines and head pressure in sensitive individuals, and no flagship phone delivers a flicker free experience with OLEDs. I wish they'd use DC dimming, but it increases cost. Though it seem to be an increasing problem as it happens with usage and time. So hopefully they will take responsibility for this.
The sound quality is excellent!
Yes! I don't think Sound Quality and speakers get the love they deserve. Nord has one of the best sounds available.
Got Mine for $61 from metro PCS, arrives Monday. Huge fan of OnePlus but don't have the budget for the big budget flagships. But the nord is a very good series for the budget spenders
Mine was $199 at Mint Mobile. Show how to install the sim card, not just where it goes. Also, if you lose the little opener thingy, you can use a paper clip.
One plus n series are seriously underrated they dont start to get slow and lag like every other low end phone after a while one plus is great
Got one Yesterday August 29-23 and thank you for the video! Still all thoughts of this phone are still on the burner but all in all for the price of the 1+ I'm in love! 170$ out the door new phone/line at T-Mobile
First and best! I'm back! Oh, I also have a channel where I'm called Technology Man. So don't get confused. This is a secondary channel I'm using now.
Yeah bro I'm going to get this phone on Wednesday and it's going to be my daily driver I'm going to do a full review on it but I am in the mention the fact that it's going to be my main phone on Metro by T-Mobile because it's free right now BTW lol but I'm going to mention the fact about OnePlus should stick to making mid-range and budget phones you know?? Awesome review by the way bro!!!! I'll be doing a full review on this phone soon lol
Got one today for 60$
Need a phone with two physical sim cards, does OnePlus Nord 30 has two sim cards? Was at Best buy shop today and I was told OnePlus Nord 30 has only space for one sim card, but I saw an ad that mentioned the oneplus Nord 30 with dual sim card. Who is right?
Dammnnn straight up dissed Motorola 😂💀
❤ great video
zcan you not put in an sd card?>
Does it wireless charge?
It comes with Google messages and I hate it. I can't install OnePlus messages says that file can't be find. Can someone help
i have a OnePlus N200 so i say thats a big upgrade from my current phone
I’m willing to bet that this phone gets great support from xda after it’s one update
People shopping in this area aren’t looking for bleeding edge and SOCs (even in the mid and low end) long ago surpassed the type of performance the majority would need. You give this phone and a new Galaxy phone and ask them to do their usual stuff with both and they’re likely to not notice any differences. They’d probably be baffled as to why the Nord is so substantially cheaper.
Yah it's a tall phone.
On a N30 now. And I'm very impressed and happy with my purchase.
I'm a iPhone person, but apples move to remove the sim tray from all US phones but everywhere else in the world still has them.
That move caused Apple to lose me on all future phones.
iPads are ok for now as I never buy cell capable iPad.
As a iOS user OnePlus shines with Oxygen OS. It is very iOSesk but still different enough to be it's own. There are things in Oxygen OS I wish Apple would adopt in to iOS.
Also. While I don't remember if it was brought up in this video. Some videos will stress the chin on this phone.
Dudley Do right would be proud.
It's so large that I had my phone for three months and never once noticed anything and ONLY after it was brought up in a video did I see it.
The boarder on the phone is tiny. And the chin that is there is maybe twice as thick as the sides and top. Which makes the chin tiny as well.
It takes a special kind to nitpick such a small thing.
If your on a budget but are looking for a nice smooth experience. You can't go wrong with the N30
How do you like it? I'm trying to decide whether to fix the battery and the charging port on my 3 year old iPhone XR for $130 or to jump the ship and get this phone. I don't really care much about photos. Battery is important and storage too so this looks like a good option. It's also 5G which is a plus.
Can you make a video that shows all tips and tricks about the phone
Cool phone!

My experience eith my Nord N30 has been far less thsn stellar. Oneplus tech support left me eith s phone they were unable to fix snd Oneplus would not accept it for return/tefund. Steer clear of Oneplus st sll cost if you hope for a top tier customer support experience.
I’m going to this phone I’m switching from a iPhone ios 11 series I miss being in the android life and I do still have a Samsung galaxy a12 but I want a brand new phone already
Does this model support dual sim chip ?
Didn't look like it
It's a great device couldn't be happier 1+ rocks! Better than A series Motorola not even in the game....
Would this be an upgrade from an iPhone 12 mini?
no the iphone 12 performs way better than this

Zeeeeeeeee!!!!
Motorola g 5g 2023 vs OnePlus Nord N30 what device is better
Almost 2 years old not 3... not even 2 for another 2 months. 😂
To tell you the truth, I am really wanting that phone, I am a big one plus user. My first phone being the 1+8. And now I have the one plus Nord and 20 and I’ve had it for quite some time and I’m thinking about upgrading. I am looking at the one plus Nord, N 30 from metro by T-Mobile, and the Samsung galaxy a 54 from metro by T-Mobile. And I am very much thinking about more towards the one plus, just because I hate Samsung and I despise their different practices on how they treat customers and their UI skin. I am a visually impaired IT person, and I love android, hate, iPhone. One plus has never really letting me down where other android phone companies has. And I’ve had LG phones which were great. I’ve had the Google pixel six which was also a fantastic phone. I’ve definitely been let down by Samsung phones. And I despise Motorola with a passion. TCL, don’t know really what to think about them. They’re kind of trashy. And I’ve never had a Nokia phone, so I really don’t know what to think about them.
