Which Lambos have we missed out? Let us know in the comments.

Drove to the 2008 Monaco GP from Ireland (in a VW Mk5 GT). On the Monday returning home we pulled up to the first toll plaza leaving Nice, in front of us was a violet Diablo SE30 on UK plates. Guy was driving solo, doors up at the barrier, swans around to the basket to dump the coins, flicks his cigarette away as he walks back to the driver side, ROARS AWAY! No Fâs were given that day! Great little memory from the trip!
Miura the best. Countach most iconic. Great video guys. Quality as usual.
Rocky Balboa had a Jalpa in Rocky IV, drives it during his montage when he is conflicted over fighting Drago in Russia. For that reason alone it's one of my favourite Lamborghini's
Totally agree đ
They make the best movie cars. Jackie Chan giving the Countach (sometimes kit car) in Rumble In The Bronx full beans and getting absolutely abused by a hovercraft is something else.
Such a simple type of video but I love these ones. I'm a little obsessed with the LP670 SV. Yes please.
Great job guys đ
To me obsession to Murcielagos would be an understatement.... I'd pay whatever they are worth for just the sound alone
Where you been boys.... excellent video once again. Thank you.
Whilst not strictly allowed... Riva Aquamarine. 2 x Lamborghini V12s. Ooof.
I remember Road and Track magazine had the Ferrari 512BB and the Lamborghini Countach on the cover. I loved reading that article.
Nice to see Jason, it's been a while. Love the chat between you two guys. Without doubt Damien, the Miura is the most
beautiful car ever designed. Simply stunning.
To drive the Alps on your way to Monaco, wearing dark Persols, a beautiful blonde in the passengers seat and sound of the V12 singing in your ears is every man's dream. All to the soundtrack of Volare. But by all accounts its hot, poor visibility and had a tendency to catch on fire. But that's immaterial. And you're right.. they look great in any colour. Check out the amazing two tone in the Volante museum in Germany.
But I was disappointed that no tractor got an honourable mention. đ. As always, a great video.
You should do a garage update and update on incoming cars as well as possible goodbyes,it has been a while
YES! It'll get a lot of views as well
Anand Pushkar And they still haven't reveal the F40 replacement yet...
@@skyjosh6231 tbh these are tough times economically, spending millions of dollars on a car doesn't seem like the brightest of ideas
I heard the F40 replacement is a Lamborghini Jalpa đ
Just started watching guys , and as usual great content. Two guys with a passion and some time to spare to share.
Thanks chaps, another informative show & am all set for the weekend đ
We never get bored of you guys. Great work as always. Look forward to the next one. All the best âđŒ
That Violet Diablo SE30 ... beautiful...đđ
Check out Iain Tyrrell's video on Iain Tyrrells Classic Workshop on CZcams and his drive in the Alps of the original Miura from the Italian Job and his visit to Marcello Gandini........it's fabulous.
It was the opening scene of the Canonball Run with the "hot pursuit of a Black Lamborghini" that sparked my love for Supercars
I have never wanted to own a Lamborghini but I lived in the middle East for Ten years. Everytime a Lambo drove past me it made me smile and that's the whole point of them.
Should I ever have a big enough lottery win I might have a Muira to sit in the lounge to stare at, but most certainly an LM002 for scaring the neighbours and an Espada because it's simply glorious :)
Excellent list! Bravo!
Buying a Murcielago LP-640 in a heartbeat....
Men of culture đ
Khamsin has a design purity and is very pretty. Silhouette/Jalpa has a menace that overwhelmed the 308, although pop up heads as shared with Fiat X1/9 looked a little small đ
Miura is easily the most beautiful car ever. Just love it.
First time I watched the Italian Job, just poetry in motion. Incidentally, also have a love of Minis too.
I'm appalled the Ferrari F40 didn't make this list! The F40 should be on all lists no matter what the category. Love the channels......
The fact that the Murcielago lp640 has a real lower air intake in front of the tyre on the drivers side but a fake one on the other side is the coolest fact Iâve heard of that car :D
What no Jarama? Did you not see the recent Tyrrell Classic Workshop video. The green one was đ
More fabulous content from you both ! Thank you ! Makes Friday evenings perfect before I go and eat my Paella in Spain !
Huzzah!
Always remember being on holiday in the south of France. late 80âs when I was a kid. Day trip to monaco in our maroon Volvo 240 estate. My dad fuming at the cost of some soft drinks at a cafe in Monaco , and an lm002 driving past. Bonkers machine. Also I trust you have seen the tyrrell classic workshop video on the Italian Job Miura! Too cool.
This is a fun video. Nice job.
Jason, you are not that much older than me but you appear to have been stuck in the 70âs and 80âs with your car likes!! The balboni rocks.
The âMurky Lagerâ made me đ
Me too đ
Imagine having the Miura sv and the 288 Gto in one garage alongside a Sean Connery Aston Martin....
Always been a fan of the diablo se30 in that purple
Great vid as usual
Glad you enjoyed it
My favourite car of all time is the Miura , so much so I bought Simon Kidston ' s miura book only 762 copies available worldwide, one for every miura produced , you could choose the number you wanted, so I picked #358 , because it was the nearest I could get to the italian job P400 chassis number of #3586 . It's a fascinating book , Frank Sinatra, Sammy Davis Jr and Dean Martin all owned one, the latter one now owned by Jay Leno. The most special one has to be the SVJ owned by the shah of Iran , bought at auction in 1997 by the actor Nicholas Cage for $450,000 now said to be worth over $10,000,000 . Simon Kidston himself owns the last S.V off the production line and also owns a purple countach periscopio, also featured on Harrys Garage, all the boxes ticked there !! ,lucky man indeed. đ
Good show, thank you from Calif.
Thanks for watching!
On a day trip from âup North, I saw my first countach literally outside Harrods back in 1982. Jet black with rear spoiler.... I thought Darth Vader was driving down Brompton Road. With my jaw on the pavement the driver must have been laughing his head off at my shocked expression đČ
đđđ
Thought provoking choices there!
I need someone to reassure me that the Miura that went into the tunnel in The Italian Job was quietly taken home and that the crash car is just a shell. đ
Great list!!! Glad you gave a tip of the cap to past generations
Thanks to this video I finally don't feel like a crazy person. In 1975 I saw a Countach, and it was everything you described. I even found out where he worked and just gazed at it like it was some alien life form. The crazy part comes from the fact that having that experience made my life complete. And who in their right mind could argue with that?
Thank you so much for teaching me more about Lamborghini, as I have only been interested in Supercar for the past 3 years. So I only know about the new models of Lamborghini.
Nice to see Jason allowed out to play.
Great video.
Great video, Miura SV is sublime.
Couldn't agree more!
Loving the naff 1970âs TV detective show music đ
đđđ
The 400gt must have inspired McCartney to write the frog chorus with those headlights đžđžđž
Amazing đđđ
If the measure of a Supercar is would you have a poster of it on your bedroom wall, then Lamborghini is it đ The Gallardo just doesn't seem to age, still looks very modern and that V10, glorious đ
The guy from The Italian Job was the famous Italian actor Rossano Brazilian. I was 12 when I sat in 300SL. I have never lost my love of cars.
You guys do a great job., thanks
Murcielago SV is my favourite Lamborghini
nice pic of a murci's rear when talking about the reventon ahah
Mislabelled on Lambo press site - unless they made a gloss Reventon
Silhouette -- the Mel Nichols story "Sad sweet song of the last Silhouette" was so evocative
My top 10 Lamborghinis:
1. Murcielago SV
2. Aventador SV
3. Miura SV
4. Countach 25th (with the wing)
5. Diablo SE30
6. Huracan Performante
7. Gallardo LP570-4 Superleggera
8. Reventon
9. Veneno Roadster
10. 400 GT
Great video and selection of Lamborghinis! A video idea: I'd really apreciate a Top 10 (or 20) series of sportscars in each decade. :)
400GTâs body was made by superleggera (the coachbuilder) and I am one of your young viewers at 19 :D
I'd have the Murcie LP670, Diablo SV or 6.0.
I was born in '71. I would love a Miura SV but may have to settle for a Chevy Vega!
đđđ
The Contach Periscopio (in Green) is my Favourite followed by the LP5000QV (White), the pre 88 model as it had silly side skirts, the LM 002 (in Black) is next followed by the Murcialago Roaster (Black), I have a soft spot for the Muira, the Jalpa and the SE30 Diablo as well but could give or take most of the others, would love to have seen the Estoque reach production and for one offs or low production specials I love the Veneno only because I hated it so much upon its release and only started to appreciate it recently!
Miura SV for looks and history, Countach because it is iconic now and forever, the 400GT is actually beautiful except when the headlights are visible, and the Centanario for limited editions, absolutely Lambo at its max styling-wise (Sesto Elemento (sorry, got my limited editions mixed-up, I meant the Veneno) is crazier, but too many pointy bits that made it kinda busy and dare I say, ugly a bit).
Great list. I get the Jalpa and the Silhouette mixed up. Very similar.
Same car chap...they just took it off sale about 1979 then reintroduced it as the Jalpa in 1981. I think the name Silhouette was used for their initial âshow car / design exerciseâ and so they just retained it into production run
Diablo GT and the Islero. The first one savage. The second one uber rare, especially in RHD.
Also an idea - Your next video should be the 10 worst supercars of all time...
Orange Merci SV please.
My list: 1 Urraco, 2 Countach, 3 Bravo, 4 Miura, 5 Gallardo, 6 LM002, 7 Murcielago, 8 Marzal, 9 Jarama, 10 400GT. Jason has good aesthetic taste and appreciates classics, Damian picked modern cars, which probably drive much better. Iâll never drive a Lambo, all I can afford to do is look at pictures - thatâs why my list is closer to Jasonâs than to Damianâs.
Good as ever Gents. Well in.
A very emotive Manufacture.......if not The Most emotive Manufacturer; Lamborghini.
The editing on the is on point. Hats off.
I apologise for not sending you any Pics of the Car you, âenticed/advised me so much I had to buy itâ. You almost were cited on the Divorcee papers at one point...đđ.
Iâve bought a Audi S1 for the Mrs for when she passes her test. Itâs a Riot of a little thing to drive in Sepang Blue. She did say the other day I would like to keep driving my A2 until I get used to driving on my own (been learning for about 10 years!). This will be the first time sheâs taken it.........Iâm like âwhenever you think your ready Loveâ.đ
Now, that means the RS6 is having a rest in my Garage. Had it all detailed Thurs so it comes out now on a weekend & only after Iâve checked the weather forecast.....nah the weekend bit is right but it thrives on shitty conditions. Jumping from one to another, The S1 feels super pointy, the RS6 Performance can just bend time, getting from point to point if your in a hurry.
Keep up the good work Gents. Love your work. Ignore some of the wank comments, so so many Jealous twats out there. I do need to message you Iâve got an idea to put to you for your CarGuys Merchandise. Iâve dropped some subtle hints to the Mrs when sheâs asked me about Xmas presents for myself....when I say subtle; Iâve just sent her various links to items of your Merch I want......đ
Great upload. My favourite Lamborghini is also the Miura SV. Nothing comes close in my option. Itâs stunning! Had an LP640 for a few days from Ecurie25 (now autovivendi) and I donât think we got our of 3rd gear in London. đ
Love the elegant , sophisticated style of the 400gt..The absolute bonkers pink panther looks of the Espada..the Sesto is quite frankly other worldy (i vant one now) but i could envision a lot of experiences of sensory/sonic overload in the Murchialargo 640 Manual (even in my dreams i'd crash it)..My imaginary garage just had a new floor built !
Very good video ,1971 is a very good Year Thatâs a year I was born đđđđđ
>pedants corner< Muira is very cool, same age as me, BUT...Gandini admitted - in an italian interview - that he regrets he didn't make the car WIDER...it's hard to un-see that, for me, now!
Urraco: Ask May about its reliability
What does Brian May know about lambos?
My favorites:
400 GT
Countach 5000 Quattrovalvole with rear wing
Miura SV black with gold wheels
Current Aventador S in yellow
So many cars, so little garage space :)
Top 10 donât meet your heroâsđ
Great list. Miura is the greatest.
LM002 deserves its place for sure, not convinced on the Jalpa though đ
Loving the content guys, keep it coming.
Countach, Miura in the pinnacle of car history. Rest of lambos.... bah! Then the modern HuracĂĄn evo RWD looks and is amazing.
Great to know I'm not the only one who thinks Cannonball Run is the best movie ever made.
Another excellent video guys....however. Iâve spent 2 hours in the back of a Urraco and heat wasnât a problem (& it was in the middle of a European summer). The issue was only being able to wriggle your toes đ. Drive a good one (Iâve done 3 x 5000km tours) and youâll have a very memorable good time đ. Love the content and good fun comments thanks.
Aw I quite like the Jalpa
Great top 10 list. I own one of them already. If i could choose to buy another car, i would choose Jason's LM002 with a marine 7.2 v12 engine.
Which one, Stuart?
@@TheCarGuysTV 1981 Countach S
@@stuartsmith5308 Is it a silver RHD LP400S bought from Pullicino Classics in 1996? If so I sold it to you. I hope all is good with you.
@@stevenrobertson7643 I came to buy a Ferrari, and left with the Lambo . Sold it in 2001, bought it back years later. It is now with me in South East Asia. I remember wanting it sold with the private plate but was refused. On that day, i really wanted the Blue EB110, but was out of my budget. Used it as a daily driver, 20 mile round trip 6 days a week. Very reliable. I used it on several Goodwood track days with Mick Pullen. I also had it featured in EVO top 10 cars, and also a feature in Top Gear Magazine. I'm looking for a LM-002 with 7.2 marine engine, that be my next buy. Email me if you wish on, stuart601@msn.com take best of care
Muira all the way!
First time Iâve watched you
Love Lambo but not the Miura for some reason. Nice car but there are so many more cars Iâd prefer than it based on looks
Thanks for watching and welcome
I like the 400 GT. Cool looking
That was great. back to some classic Car Guys banter... Athena Posters! Chavs, JK references. Brilliant. You should meet up with Harry Metcalfe and see if he will lead you his Countach
Harry never responds...
Diablo 6 litre..for me
Very enjoyable 25 mins! I saw the little known Lamborghini Asterion in their museum last year, do you think it's as pretty as I do??
Does the Balboni have a manual gearbox?
Mine does
The Islero for me. Wish I'd bought the car from 'The Man who Haunted Himself', Roger Moore's best film, when it sold at Historics in Jan.
Muira is just the prettiest and the original super car. Sadly the driving position is just horrible and the whole experience not a patch on the looks. Next up a top 10 Mclaren list ? You could always do it by percentage depreciation!
đđđ
Has Jason been hanging out with Jamiroquai's stash? Jalpa? Urraco? Crazy pills in Essex this week...
I agree with the view on the bad reputation of modern Lambo drivers. But as someone who grew up long after the countach was out of production, does that mean in 30ish years the Aventador will come full circle and be seen as an iconic tasteful car in the way the Countach QV is starting to be?
Love the video. Btw: I donât know who told you that the Reventon would be pronounced with a b but they either had no clue what they were talking about or they just pranked you.
I believe it was widely circulated at the time
Well Jason, you were right about the Countach...
A lambo is a middle finger up to everyone else, and that is why we love them. I need to have a cold shower after this list. Orange Muira though eh? Questi giorni quando vieni il belle sole. Matt Monroe once stayed at my great great uncles hotel and my Grandma stole the mattress for her house.
what happens in cannonball run 2 stays in cannonball run 2
The first rule of Cannonball is...?
@@TheCarGuysTVxD there is only one rule, there are no rules
Miura for me. Canât decide between S or SV though
My favorite Lamborghini was the Miura SV...
Absolutely
The SV lost some of the Miura's purity. The wider rear haunches and tires ruin the svelteness and it's missing the eyelashes around the headlights.
Surprised u didnât mention the Terzo Millenio, itâs an absolute work of art
Lol why do I keep stopping this video to check out the prices of lambos in autotrader
To me, the correct answer is LP-670 SV đđ»
How easy would it be to syndicate own a Miura?
Reventon has actually the stress on the âoâ.
Funny that an Italian company names their car with Spanish words (as you rightly pointed out mostly fighting bulls).
The Italian Job Miura was a P400, not a P400 SV.
Damian. Paul Wallace SOL has said that he is keeping his MP640 for a while but when he puts if up for sale will you buy it?
Definitely not - have you seen the history :)
@@TheCarGuysTV well he has spent a fortune rectifying the problems but you are probably right they are not cheap when things go wrong.
@@TheCarGuysTV Least you could ask is for a spin in it :)
Joe Macari has a Muira SV in stock
Havenât watched it all yet but at 14 minutes in Jason smashes it with the 400 GT, what a gorgeous gorgeous car đđđ
Back to pressing play.
Edit
Finished, liked đ agree on the bestier one being the Miura SV, but I do like eye lashes too.
Cheers, David
You guys MURDERED those Lamborghini names!! Ferruccio would be turning over in his grave. But sure loved the walk down memory lane.
