Blue Rodeo is the best unknown band in the World. It's a pity that they haven't the popularity and fame that they deserve, but, being selfish, I am happy for that. It's like a small secret, a private treasure for all the music lovers that enjoy with their music. I will cry blood if I listen their music all day in commercials and nasty films. Blue rodeo is a magic treasure for a very selected people, not for the idiot mass.

Tomorrow night at The Massey Hall
By the way, my wife and I went to see them in Seville, a city in the south of Spain. We drove 250 Kms to see them (we live in Málaga). We were 5 people in the concert, literaly. It was like a private concert. They gave us one of the best nights of our lives. We asked Jim to play this song and he did. No doubt this will be the song that will come with me when I pass away.

I was in the audience for a show in Hamilton ON. The band was magic, Jim's voice was perfection. At one point I had tears running down my face. The woman next to me was giving me looks, and must have thought I was losing it. My advice to her, and others....never be afraid to show emotion, and let music move you where it will. Blue Rodeo has given us many gifts over the years, and I thank them for every one of them. Always an admirer, in Oakville ON.

I was given 6-months to live several years ago and ... "One light left in heaven" is my life ... my spot ... my destiny. I have made it past the prognosis but am still dying young. It is not the way I want to go but it is the way I know how I will go.

I'd never heard of Blue Rodeo until about 3 1/2 yrs ago when a friend on twitter posted one of your songs on his timeline. Bad Timing is my favorite but this is a close 2nd.

One of the biggest disappointments in my life was when Blue Rodeo was playing in Cornwall, Ontario and I was so looking forward to going. That night the bridge from the U.S. was blockaded by protesters and I was unable to get there. Had been looking forward to going for months. That’s my sob story, oh well.

I saw them play this live at Massey Hall before the renovations- unreal show that night- this was the high point of the show- we were close enough to see the sweat on Jim Cuddy as he sang that night- hair stands up still when I hear it
