    I think Bethesda should add something like... "Terrormorph Hives" on Level 100 planets in a free update. Like maybe just throw in two, three, or five new star systems that are Level 100, and have either Terrormorphs be native to some of the planets, or have a set location like a nest, or an abandoned UC Xenoweapons facility (like the one on Kreet) which is just overrun with Terrormorphs.

    • @Spoopball
      @Spoopball Před 10 měsíci +2

      In theory, because of the lore, Terrormorphs "only" spawn on human settled planets.
      A really cool idea would be to have a battleworld:
      Lvl 100; Where the starborn, pirates, Va Runn, maybe Vanguard are all going ham on each other and because there are so many npc humans, the Terrormorphs are spawning like crazy as well.
      50v50 battlefield maps with gun fire everywhere, and Terrormorphs just killing both sides

    If you have the laser (or is it plasma) damage perks maxed out, the cutting tool is the way to go with them then. Using no ADS the weapon hits like 3-6 times a second which stacks up the fire DOT like crazy. When I get some super tanky terrormorphs, I use the cutter. Yes you have to get close, but if the other perks damage fails you and they come at you, there’s no reason to waste ammo on them. I had 8-9 ticks of 70+ damage a second which chunked them in a couple of seconds. The highest level i hit with it was a level 85, and that was one tanky SOB. Dead in seconds with the cutter.

    • @zerogrey3798

What I was disappointed about was I didn't find any over level 14. Now a level 14 has more hp than some level 100 critters on other planets. I got 100% scan on the planet but no tougher terrormorphs. I hope Bethesda adds some more scary boss level creatures on some of these planets in the near future.

    So you can get to the area past that door and actually do the whole mission battle without doing the mission by just jumping up and over. I just cleaned that area out and unbeknownst started the battle with the albino and the anomaly terrormorph😅 sat up on top of the building, sniped the albino and then shot at the exploding barrels up in the far left corner which engaged the anomaly terrormorph. Was a cool enemy to fight, well snipe, lol and being as I was technically not in the arena as such it was just it by itself, no minions to fight. The whole area including the old port is fully accessible thanks to good ol' jet packs 😂

    They spawn just about anywhere there's life. There's just more in some places than others. They even spawn on Jemison. Go to New Atlantis and hoof it in any one direction. Get far enough away from the city and they'll spawn in for sure. I've come across several. One even spawned within eyesight of New Atlantis for me and it was fighting Spacers next to a cave.
    Game lore says they spawn anywhere humans have been for a long time. Instead they're a random spawn once you get far enough away from your ship anywhere you land with nearly any kind of atmosphere. I haven't seen them on any planet or moon without life or an atmosphere but I'm fairly certain anywhere there's any kind of life they'll show up randomly.

    If you're just looking for exp I think this is a lot of work for a few small bursts of exp which could probably be gained faster elsewhere than hunting a specific low spawn mob. IMO the real appeal of doing this is collecting alien genetic material, which if you have researched chemistry and Innovative Synthesis allows you to make the following chems:
    Black Hole Heart: (Caelumite, Alien Genetic Material, Solvent, Tetraflourides) + 200% power recovery for 10s, Slows time by 25% for 10s, +35% movement speed for 10s
    Dwarf Star Heart: (Caelumite, Mercury, Alien Genetic Material, Carboxylic Acids) +50% power recovery for 5 min, + 250 damage resistance for 5 min, + 250 energy resistance for 5 min
    There is another tier for research on Innovative Synthesis I have not unlocked yet but it also seems to use AGM, so who knows what other cool stuff you might be able to make with it. Those are some seriously OP chems :)

    Yeah you get more xp for them but the work you need to do for it and only being able to kill a few at a time is very inefficient. A farm with domesticated animals will get you more xp per minute but i l think crafting is the fastest way to get levels and with the money you make from that you can just buy anything you want. Honestly with even a low end crafting farm will net you so much xp and money you may as well just be typing player. modav experience 1,000,000 and player. additem 0000000F 1,000,000 into the console at that point.
    Also for people that don't like the low amount of xp you get, put setgs fXPModBase 2 in your Bat txt file. This will make all xp gains x2, putting a 5 at the end would make it x5. Setting it to just x2 makes the game a lot more fun and feel like the quest are worth doing.
