How to unlock Dan Hibiki: after you drop the Coin then push start, then move the cursor to ?, then hold the start button, type Light Punch, Light Kick, Midium Kick, Heavy Kick, Heavy Punch, Midium Punch, light Punch, then Dan Hibiki will show up. remember, Have to be have rythem and fast. ( It is hard, Cause I can't remember how many times I fail :( )
How to fight CPU Dan Hibiki: Set the difficulty to six or higher, then challenge him by using the same winning quote five times in a row(once you see the score begin to showed on the screen, then hold↑+3punchs buttons together, then the same winning quote will show up) until see the next cpu enemy, then keep on doing this after defeating the 5th character. then CPU Dan Hibiki will show up to chanllenge you( Works for all Charactor unless the Charactor you chose is Dan hibiki)

About 2 years ago, I've been uploaded all character's playthrough, and at that time I didn't played so good, so I keep on practices, this year's Christmas time, I am re-chanllege myself, I think I did better than before, so I deleted the old videos. It is really hard to chanllege, cause sometimes you can killed by cpu very fast. this time I really can't remember how many times I fail or almost sucess then beaten by the last enemy.....but finally, finish. hope everyone will like my video. all the Videos I challenge is done by one time, no TAS at all. there's a lot of players plays much better than me. All I do is just keep on practice and practice, if anyone wanna fight, I can meet you on Supercade, cause I won't waste my energy to fight with you in here

@@michaelpf08 Yeah, he was kinda like Sean from vanilla Sf3/2nd Impact pretty broken in earlier versions, but was nerfed in future games.

fun fact Dan has only one win to his name atleast that fighter was extremely powerful but even though sagat was trying Dan only did it to have his own dojo the commercials aren’t even that good.

Dan was supposed to be an in joke for Ryo and Robert from Art of Fighting but played straight. In SFA2 they made it more obvious.

OoBuBuLuBuoO When you press START button to begin selecting the character, keep pressing it and DON’T LET IT GO UNTIL YOU INSTALLED THE SECRET CODE, go down twice and highlight random character selection, then tap the following secret code rapidly (as fast as you can):
Low Punch + Low Kick + Medium Kick + High Kick + High Punch + Medium Punch
And Dan will be unlocked.

Dan SUCKS a lot in SFA1! A total prototype character! He should have debuted only in Alpha 2!
I disagree. Actually he was a top tier character in SFA1. He just didn’t have very good range. Sadly, they weakened him in the games that followed.
This is actually the best Dan you will get outta the sf series.
